You can make a reservation by DM or calling the store.☺️ Photo 1 📍Tomato Mozzarella Sandwich - ₩15,000 As the name suggests, it has mozzarella cheese and tomatoes on top of a baked baguette-like bread, and it looks like oil is sprinkled on it. There was also lemon on the side, so I squeezed it a little and ate it. The tomato was refreshing and went well with the mozzarella cheese. 🍅 Photo 2 📍Chadol Arugula Pasta - ₩17,000 When I first ate the Chadol Arugula Pasta, I thought it was a bit salty? It was salty, but other than that, it was really delicious. The portion was generous and there were various ingredients inside, such as mushrooms and tomatoes.🤍 Photo 3 📍Spinach risotto and scallop scallop - ₩17,000 This tasted a bit divisive, but I liked it. It's spinach pesto, like basil pesto.🥬 The rice in the risotto was quite chewy, so I thought it was a little undercooked. The texture of the grilled scallop scallop was really soft and good!! Photo 4 📍Sous vide scallop steak - ₩28,000 Lastly, the sous vide scallop steak! The garnish was shiitake mushrooms and asparagus, and the sauce was acorn squash and an unknown sauce. I've only heard of sous vide... As expected, it was really soft and juicy😭 Also, I like rare, so it was perfect because it came out medium rare.
