[Liberation Village] Soul Dining

I visited Soul Dining as the first customer for the first lunch hour🎉 It was a weekday lunch so there were really no customers so it was nice to be able to eat comfortably and quietly as if I had rented the place! The tomato was refreshing and went well with the mozzarella cheese. 🍅 Photo 2 📍Chadol Arugula Pasta - ₩17,000 When I first ate the Chadol Arugula Pasta, I thought it was a bit salty? It was salty, but other than that, it was really delicious. The portion was generous and there were various ingredients inside, such as mushrooms and tomatoes.🤍 Photo 3 📍Spinach risotto and scallop scallop - ₩17,000 This tasted a bit divisive, but I liked it. It's spinach pesto, like basil pesto.🥬 The rice in the risotto was quite chewy, so I thought it was a little undercooked. The texture of the grilled scallop scallop was really soft and good!!
