The room, while comfortable with a cozy bed and stunning city view, showed signs of aging with dated decor. The breakfast was great, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The beautiful pool was a relaxing highlight, and the surrounding shophouses provided endless dining choices, from local gems to global flavors. I appreciated the guarded carpark for peace of mind, and the hotel’s app streamlined requests. My only wish is for a direct route from the lobby to the shophouses. Despite the room’s wear, the staff’s outstanding service made this 5-star stay unforgettable. Highly recommend Renaissance Johor Bahru!
