Wat Phutthaisawan is an ancient and significant temple located in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. It was built during the reign of King Ramathibodi I (King U-Thong). The temple features a large central Khmer-style prang, surrounded by two mandapas to the north and south. Inside, there is a principal Buddha image and exquisite late Ayutthaya-era murals. Remarkably, the temple survived the destruction during the second fall of Ayutthaya, leaving its historical structures intact. Today, it is classified as a third-class royal temple and serves as an important historical site and tourist attraction.
