📍Located at Mosuo Specialty Cuisine Wild Mushroom Hot Pot (Daluoshui Branch) I was attracted by these two cute Akita dogs at first sight. They looked so relaxed and comfortable. No wonder they say that the environment shapes the people, even the dogs are so elegant! The owner told me that this is a private kitchen specializing in Mosuo cuisine. I had never heard of the Mosuo people before, so I learned something new. The restaurant was full of life, so I decided to give it a try. 🦐 Shrimp rolls, 🍄 Mushrooms with pork belly, 🥬 Seasonal vegetables (Oh! I didn't expect the shrimp to be so plump and juicy. They went perfectly with the rolls. Delicious! The Mosuo pork belly was fatty but not greasy, and the taste lingered in my mouth!) ☺️: The owner asked us about our dining experience and if we had any suggestions for improvement. I really appreciated this. This private kitchen is full of love and truly puts its heart into its food.
