#manchestertrips Attending the gin tasting at The Spirits of Manchester was an absolute delight. The variety of gins on offer was impressive, ranging from classic London dry to more unique botanical blends. Graham, the host, provided fascinating insights into the distillation process and flavour profiles. What a fantastic experience. Definitely recommended even if you are not a regular gin drinker.
