[Kyoto Prefecture/Muromachi] Enjoy a luxurious moment while feeling the seasonal atmosphere.

I wanted to try some dango that I made myself at the end of my trip, so I visited Zen Kashoin Kyoto Muromachi Main Branch. This time, I had: Freshly baked mitarashi dango 1,760 yen with drink [+110 yen with matcha, +55 yen for iced matcha latte, +330 yen for Muromachi soda] I slowly watched the dango brown at my own pace, topped it with sauce, kinako, and bean paste to my liking, and ate it. The time I spent in the teahouse, with its 300 years of history, while looking out at the courtyard, was truly special. The charm of this place is that you can enjoy Zen Kashoin's carefully selected sweets and a wide variety of Japanese tea and matcha in a calm atmosphere. The seasonal menu is also a nice point. I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of menu they have next time. It was a wonderful place to relax and unwind.
