Nishiki Tenmangu Shrine is located at the eastern end of Nishiki Market, known as Kyoto's kitchen. It is enshrined on the bustling shopping street, Shinkyogoku Street. As you walk down the street, you will see torii gates and many lanterns! It is said to be the god of learning, but it also brings blessings such as prosperity in business.
