Dinner at BL.T33 Lobby Bar, InterContinental Kaohsiung: Braised Beef Noodles with Australian Wagyu

Today, I had dinner at the BL.T33 Lobby Bar in the InterContinental Kaohsiung, meeting with Mr. Sun from Taipei for a business discussion. The high-ceilinged space, modern arch design, and elegant ambiance made for a comfortable and visually appealing environment. We ordered a bowl of wonton noodles and the most expensive beef noodles among Taiwan's five-star hotels. The Australian Wagyu was served alongside a pot of broth, which was poured into the bowl on the spot, completing the dish. The thinly sliced Wagyu melted in the mouth, and the chewy, springy udon noodles were absolutely delicious 😋. Even the wonton noodles were served with the noodles and wontons first, followed by the broth poured into the bowl, adding a touch of ceremony to the dining experience. A great restaurant worth recommending to everyone.
