The color of the lake was unbelievably clear, and green and blue, white snow and red maple leaves coexisted at the same time, a magical space. It was a trip filled with the sounds of nature, without any city noise! ⸻ 🗓 Jiuzhaigou 2 Nights 3 Days Itinerary ⸻ Day 1 – Arrival & Tibetan Emotions 🛬 Morning – Arrive in Chengdu & Move to Jiuzhaigou (by car or domestic flight about 1~2 hours) • The scenery is beautiful and the air is clear when traveling by car after arriving at Jiuzhaigou Airport. • Since it is a highland area, a light schedule is recommended after arrival! 🏨 Check-in to your accommodation - Traditional Tibetan style accommodation • Stone walls, Tibetan patterns, warm lighting • Recommended accommodation near the lake or near the entrance of Jiuzhaigou (close to the bus stop) 🏔 Afternoon - Walking around the village around Jiuzhaigou • Visiting Tibetan minority villages & feeling the local atmosphere • Relaxing with butter tea or spice tea at a traditional teahouse • The stars are clearly visible at night, so walking around the village is recommended! ⸻ Day 2 – Full-scale Jiuzhaigou Exploration (National Park) ⛰️ All day – Full-scale Jiuzhaigou National Park Exploration • Move by a combination of a dedicated shuttle bus + walking • Representative course is Y-shaped: ▶︎ Left: Shuzheng Valley (树正沟), Nuri Lake, Raja Lake ▶︎ Right: Janghae, Wuhuahai (五花海), Jinshahai, Noilang Waterfall 📸 Recommended photo points • Wuhuahai (五花海): Underwater tree branches + emerald lake combination • Noilang Waterfall (诺日朗瀑布): Autumn leaves + streams + wide-angle shot • Janghae (长海): Snow-covered snowy mountains + reflective lake view 🥪 Lunch – Simple packed lunch in the park or prepared snacks (There are no on-site restaurants or they are crowded, so bringing snacks is recommended) 🌙 Dinner – Return to accommodation & Tibetan meal • Barley rice, lamb Stew, butter tea, local vegetable dishes • Perfect for quietly wrapping up the day with traditional music ⸻ Day 3 – Leisurely Ending ☀️ Morning – Walking along the surrounding forest path & visiting the local market • Jiuzhaigou is great for walking because the morning air is clear and cool • Browse Tibetan bracelets, tea, scarves, and other souvenirs at the small market 🛫 After lunch – Go to the airport & return home via Chengdu ⸻ 💡 Jiuzhaigou Travel Tips • National park admission tickets + shuttle bus tickets must be booked in advance! • Avoid strenuous activities on the first day because it is a highland area • The scenery changes drastically depending on the weather → Water color on a clear day, mysterious atmosphere on a cloudy day • 2 camera batteries are a must!
