Unlike other bakery cafes, you can change into slippers and go inside, and there is a view of the ocean through one window, and there are several tables so it was comfortable to stay. Above all, the Glossy Matcha Mojito I drank here was refreshing in the hot summer, and the Geomunoreum Bakery I ate for dessert was also sweet, so I would like to introduce it to those who are looking for a cafe to visit in the east of Jeju. There was not much wind, and the sunlight was warm, so the lawn garden and the ocean view in front were very pretty. If the weather is not hot, it would be nice to stay outside and enjoy a picnic. Before entering the building, you must take off your shoes and put on slippers from the basket next to you. It is operated under the theme of 'complete rest', so they say they have slippers, but it felt like entering a house rather than a cafe. Even though it was a weekday afternoon, there were many visitors at each seat, and the ocean view through the front window was the best space to enjoy the ocean view. There are large tables that can seat 4, 6, or 8 people, and it was a Jeju east cafe that I liked the overall color combination with green flowers and chairs in a place that felt modern. Jeju Glossy Matcha offers various drinks and lattes made with 100% organic matcha, and they also offer basic coffee, dengyuji, and hallabong tea. They also have a bakery dessert menu with matcha such as terrine, geomunoreum, bambam, croffle, and yanggaeng, and there are pictures of drinks in front of the counter, so you can easily choose the menu you want even if it is your first time. There is no place that can be called a main photo zone, but if you take a picture with a table facing the ocean or a prop on one wall as a background, you can capture a more natural travel shot. The signature menu, Glossy Matcha Mojito, is only available during the summer season and contains Jeju green tangerines, apple mint grown directly in the herb field, and rosemary. There is salt around the glass, and it is the strongest and most refreshing mojito I have ever had, making it a great drink to beat the summer heat.
