From the sea to the sky. โ›ฐ๏ธ Jeju Hallasan Climb

This is Hallasan that I climbed across the ocean๐ŸŒŠ by planeโ›ฐ๏ธ I took a plane the afternoon before, stayed overnight, and started climbing around 6:30 AM. โ›ฐ๏ธHallasan Courseโ›ฐ๏ธ 1. Seongpanak: Stone floor, easy course compared to Gwaneumsa (4 hours 30 minutes one way) 2. Gwaneumsa: Wooden stairs, steep course (3 hours 30 minutes one way) I climbed up to Seongpanak and came down to Seongpanak. There are many people who climb up to Gwaneumsa and come down to Seongpanak, but Seongpanak was also tough for me. And it took me 3 hours 30 minutes one way, which was about an hour shorter than the guided time, so it varied from person to person. I only brought sneakers, food to eat at the top, sugar supplements in between, and water without any equipment. Additionally, it was my first time climbing. ๐Ÿ”ด Important important!!! And you must apply for the climbing completion certificate at the summit. There are quite a few people who don't know, but since it is possible by taking a picture at the summit and measuring the location of the summit with GPS, please apply at the summit!! Experienced Hallasan essential itemsโญ๏ธ 1. Thick socksโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ - You definitely need them... They are essential for those coming to Seongpanak. There are a lot of rocks, so if you keep walking, your soles will hurt. 2. Sneakers that fit your feet, thick sneakers - I wore sneakers that were a little big. I think hiking boots would be fine, but I wore my own sneakers, and they were a little big, so my socks and shoes would go in the opposite direction and it was hard. Thick sneakers are a must!! 3. Food at the summit - I saw many people eating kimbap as a basic meal and bringing ramen in hot water. In particular... there were people who brought fresh kimchi, which looked so delicious. I think you can prepare additional items according to your personal preference! Climbing Hallasan, climbing up, and coming down safelyโ˜บ๏ธ #JejuTravel #Hallasan #JejuIsland #Hiking #HallasanClimbing #HallasanHiking #HallasanSeongpanak #Seongpanak #DayHiking #Couple #Family #Exercise
