Today, I was in Sham Shui Po and came across this Taiwanese-style shop. The glutinous rice cakes outside were so appealing 😍 that I rushed in straight away. The shop's decor is simple and fresh, and they specialize in Taiwanese-style food, all handmade by the owner 👨🏻‍🍳. The food is high quality and reasonably priced. ✨Dinner for one✨ I ordered one savory dish and one sweet dish, and they were 🈵️ filling. 🥓Bacon, 🧀Cheese, and Pork Floss 🍳Omelet $34 The portion was generous, the pork floss was perfectly fluffed, and the omelet was filled with plenty of bacon and cheese. The omelet had a nice eggy aroma and a soft, cooked texture. Crispy Shortbread "Coffee Milk Shortbread • Milk Mochi" $32 The shortbread has a fluffy, crispy exterior. The rich coffee sauce paired with the homemade *milk mochi* creates a soft, chewy texture, with a smoky, chewy exterior and a soft interior, creating a rich, layered experience. Brown Sugar Ginger Milk $36 On a cold day, a cup of hot brown sugar ginger milk is a perfect choice. It's just the right amount of sweetness.
