Healthy and delicious purple rice balls in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong

📍Ah Keng Rice Ball Busy day~ For lunch, I had the celebrity crabmeat purple rice dumpling ($39) and black sugar pearl fresh milk ($26) for takeaway. The purple rice is very soft and glutinous, the taste is particularly great, using salad dressing with crab meat, minced meat, the taste is overall light and fresh. I think purple rice tastes better than white rice. It's soft and glutinous and healthy. My favorite is the black sugar pearl fresh milk, the milk is rich, the black sugar is sweet and not greasy, blended just right, the pearls are soft and chewy. My colleague ordered the hibiscus salted egg rice ball ($33) and the elixir jasmine ($22). Also, the ingredients are plentiful, with a whole salted egg yolk, plus other ingredients, very tasty!
