It was so delicious that even I, who usually avoids fatty chicken skin, broke my rule this time! 🍛 My mom loves eating white rice for lunch, so I chose the crab roe fried rice. Each grain of rice is distinct and flavorful, not too soft or sticky, perfectly blended with the rich crab roe. It really showcases the chef’s skill and is an impeccable dish! 🍹 For drinks, my mom picked the freshly hand-shaken perfume lemon tea this season.
