6.4 Spectrum of the Seas Nagasaki Journey PLOG Sharing

📅 Itinerary: Departed from Shanghai Wusong on June 4, returned on June 8. 🛏️ Tomorrow is a sea cruising day. After walking 20,000 steps today, I’ve decided to officially switch to chill mode and enjoy the slow life onboard. 💡 To be honest, there are already plenty of detailed cruise guides online, and I’ve read quite a few myself. This PLOG isn’t about telling you where to go or what to do, but rather my personal experiences and some "interesting details that guides won’t mention." If you find it useful, feel free to save it. Buying Wi-Fi early is more cost-effective Buying Wi-Fi for a single day might seem cheaper, but if you plan to upload photos, share videos, or stay connected with friends frequently, the slow speed will drive you crazy😵💫. It’s better to purchase a full package early for a smoother experience! 🔹 2. Tons of entertainment activities! There’s live music, games, interactive activities, and more onboard. Even if you just chill in the music hall or bar for a day, it’s incredibly relaxing. Participating in activities can even win you prizes! (Though they’re mostly small items like water bottles, pens, or badges😂). But the fun of the process is what truly matters! 🔹 3. Fitness vibes are amazing! The gym is packed every day, and the pool turns into a human soup during the daytime heat. Suggestion: Visit the pool either before breakfast or at night. It might be colder, but you’ll have the entire pool to yourself, which is super therapeutic💦. Many sports competitions require registration via the app, so keep an eye on the schedule if you’re interested! 🔹 4. Attention Wagyu lovers❗ Want authentic Wagyu beef? Make sure to book in advance! Dining options on the island are limited, and walk-ins are almost impossible. 🔹 5. Book the North Star Observation Capsule for the "outbound" trip! On the return trip, it’s usually foggy in the afternoon, which ruins the view🥲. The best time is around sunset (around 7:30 PM) → Watch the sunset, the ship’s wake, and the entire cruise ship. The view is stunning! 📝 Quick summary: A cruise journey doesn’t have to follow guides strictly. The most important thing is to enjoy it at your own pace. No queuing, no ticking off attractions, and you can still have a great time.
