First impressions at Chuyu

Chuyu at Discovery Park has been open for quite a while, but I haven't had the chance to try it until now. Lunch hours are quite busy, but luckily I arrived early. A little later and there would have been a long queue. Everyone wanted noodles, so we ordered both the handmade soup noodles and the dry noodles. Both had a chewy texture, but I personally preferred the dry noodles. The pork soft bone and braised pork were fine near the soft bone or fatty parts, but the lean portions were a bit too tough. The longan and red date tea was complimentary, so I got a cup to refresh myself. The best part is that there's no additional service charge.
