Amazing Japanese Restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui

📍Kokonii (Tsim Sha Tsui) Shop L502, 5/F, The ONE, 100 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui Tried Kokonii in Tsim Sha Tsui for the first time 🥢 The decor is very Japanese-style, and the food quality is excellent 👍🏻 We started with their Japanese-imported greenhouse pumpkin salad, which was truly surprising 😍 The pumpkin puree was incredibly fresh 🍂, with a smooth texture and just the right sweetness. It was very comforting to eat 😋. The salad was refreshing and made a perfect appetizer. We tried several types of rolls. The Volcano Roll was served with a flame, adding a sense of ceremony 🌋. It included scallops, avocado, crab sticks, cucumber, and more. The combination tasted great. Next, we tried the Tokyo Crunch Roll 🍱, which was delightfully crispy on the outside. Inside, it was filled with tuna and crab sticks, offering a rich texture 😄. Another roll was the Fuji Roll 🗻, topped with crispy flakes. After enjoying the crunchiness, you could taste eel, crab sticks, avocado, and more—very unique. Moving on to the Saitama Grilled Beef Tongue 🥩, the meat was tender and flavorful, making every bite enjoyable 🌟. It's especially suitable for meat lovers! The Black Pork Neck Skewers 🍖 were also impressive, with tender pork neck grilled to a crispy exterior and juicy interior. Paired with a sweet, special sauce, it left me wanting more 😌. Overall, the dishes at this restaurant are truly high-quality. The freshness of the ingredients and the flavors are outstanding 👍. The service was excellent, and the environment was comfortable 🌈, making it a great spot for dining with friends.
