Dining in Tsim Sha Tsui | Crab Master | Must-try Supreme Crab Roe Noodles

On a Sunday evening in Tsim Sha Tsui looking for food, I walked to , with many choices, and decided to visit "Crab Master." I really like the painting on the wall. Noodles start at $49, very affordable, and you can upgrade to a set meal for an additional $20, which includes three designated snacks and a drink. I ordered the Crystal Shrimp and Shrimp Roe Soup Noodles ($69). The crystal shrimp are translucent, fresh, and tender, with plenty of shrimp roe adding more layers of flavor. The soup noodles use thin noodles, with a smooth texture. The broth is darker in color but not too salty. Visiting "Crab Master," of course, you have to try , and treat yourself well with the Supreme Crab Roe Noodles (a la carte price $148). The tossed noodles use thicker noodles, which hold the sauce better. You get to enjoy crab paste, crab roe, crab meat, and crab white roe all at once, with a fresh and sweet taste without any fishy smell. I prefer the crab meat and crab white roe, while Shrimp Cake prefers the crab paste and crab roe—each has their favorite, no need to fight over food. The three small dishes in the set are soft-boiled egg, crispy pork, and fried crab roe wontons. Eating less but tasting more, I especially like the fried crab roe wontons, which have thin and crispy wrappers. For the set drink, I chose the special lemon tea, made with fragrant lemons, and it tastes good. Crab Roe Baby Cabbage ($24) is very cost-effective, with a generous amount of crab roe.
