The St. Regis Hong Kong ～ The Drawing Room

The Drawing Room is located on the second floor of St Regis and is a Western restaurant. Before entering, I was attracted by the giant Christmas tree at the door, as well as the mailbox and street lights placed next to it, which are very gorgeous and elegant. The ceiling of this restaurant is particularly high, and the location is very spacious. Use gray, white and gold as the main colors, soft combination, very grand. I opted for the set menu, HKD488 including appetizer, main course, dessert and drink, appetizer foie gras terrine added HKD88, liver sauce has a rich aroma and smooth taste, with sudachi jelly and ginger bread together, sour and sweet, very appetizing. Main course beef tenderloin, added HKD188, tender meat, meat flavor enough, not overcooked. Other chef-recommended dishes were less appreciated, the onion soup was rather bland and the spicy sausage pasta was ordinary. As for drinks, coffee can, iced chocolate does not have enough chocolate flavor.
