Recommended Heartwarming Hotels in Harbin

This time I stayed at Jizhou Qiuguo Hotel (West Station Heilongjiang University Metro Station Branch) in Harbin, and the experience was truly excellent! I must give it a shout-out! First of all, the hotel is really new! The moment you step into the lobby, it feels clean and bright, with very modern facilities. The rooms are super spacious, well-designed, and extremely comfortable, with no sense of confinement at all. What impressed me the most was the service attitude! Full marks must be given! After checking in, I noticed that the air conditioning in the room wasn't cooling effectively. When I reported it to the front desk, the staff immediately and enthusiastically helped me switch to another room without hesitation. Later, I realized that the AC just needed a bit more time to start up (new unit?), and it was actually working fine. Since I preferred the original room's orientation and layout, I asked to switch back. The staff remained incredibly patient and accommodating, helping me change rooms again without any complaints. Despite the two rounds of switching due to my requests, their professionalism and customer-first attitude were evident throughout, which was especially heartwarming! Another great detail: the rooms can get a bit dry with the AC on, but the hotel thoughtfully provides a humidifier in every room! This small touch significantly improved comfort, preventing dry throat after waking up—absolutely fantastic! In short, from hardware facilities to service quality, Jizhou Qiuguo (Haxi Heida Metro Station Branch) left a very positive impression on me. The hotel is new, the rooms are spacious, the service is excellent and attentive, and the details are well taken care of. Next time I'm in Harbin, this will definitely be my top choice!
