Back from Hangzhou, I don't recommend going in February.

Hangzhou is a beautiful city, a perfect blend of classical and modern, and a place you won't want to leave. 🏞️ There are so many people during the Lunar New Year 😅 Must-see attractions: 1. West Lake - Stroll along Su Causeway and experience the beauty of "the West Lake is always alluring, in light or heavy makeup." 🏞️ Rent a boat and enjoy a relaxing ride on the lake! 2. Lingyin Temple - Visit the ancient temple, listen to the morning bell and evening drum, and purify your soul. 🙏 3. Thousand Island Lake - Climb to the observation deck and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake and islands. 🏝️ 4. Songcheng - Travel back to the Song Dynasty, watch the "Romance of the Song Dynasty" show, and experience ancient life. 🎭 5. Xixi Wetland - A perfect blend of natural and cultural landscapes, a stroll here is like walking into an ink painting. 🖼️ 6. Leifeng Pagoda - Climb to the top of Leifeng Pagoda, overlook the beautiful scenery of West Lake, and feel the legend of the White Snake. 🗼 7. Hangzhou section of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal - Take a night cruise on the canal, enjoy the lights on both sides, and experience the blend of history and modernity. 🛳️ 8. China National Silk Museum - Learn about silk culture and see ancient silk products, it's an eye-opener! 👗 Food recommendations: • West Lake Vinegar Fish - Tender fish with rich vinegar flavor, delicious! 🐟 • Longjing Shrimp - Fresh shrimp with the aroma of Longjing tea, great taste! 🍤 • Dongpo Pork - Fat but not greasy, melts in your mouth, Su Dongpo's favorite taste! 🥩 • Zhiweiguan's Soup Dumplings - Thin skin, big filling, rich soup, very satisfying! 🥟 Transportation: Hangzhou's subway is very convenient, covering most of the main attractions. There are also many bus routes, and it's easy to get a taxi. If you want to drive, the roads in Hangzhou are in good condition. 🚗 Accommodation: There are many nice hotels and homestays around West Lake, and the prices are reasonable. If you want a quieter environment, you can choose accommodation near Xixi Wetland. 🏨 Tips: • Bicycle rental is very convenient around West Lake, you can ride around, it's more environmentally friendly and free. 🚴‍♂️ • There are many food streets in Hangzhou, you can visit them at night and try the local snacks. 🍢
