A bustling senior trip to Austria: Hallstatt, Part 3

Hallstatt becomes quite quiet in the evening, as it seems not many people stay overnight at the hotels there. This makes it a perfect time for taking photos, and the transition from dusk to night, as well as the mystical morning fog, offers breathtaking views. I highly recommend spending a night in Hallstatt, especially at one of the lakeside hotels! I took an early morning walk to catch the first ferry, and the foggy morning felt like being inside the clouds—truly magical. When the sun came out, the scenery transformed dramatically, revealing a clear sky that felt almost unreal. It was such a moving experience! Since it’s not a place you can visit often, I want to cherish these memories forever. Traveling is truly the best. Next, we’re heading to Salzburg, which is just over a two-hour train ride away!
