Austrian cuisine on the lakeside □Schirmbar Hallstatt 📍Hallstatt, Austria I've written more about Hallstatt in another post, so please take a look! I was planning to have lunch at Lake Hallstatt in Austria, but the restaurant I wanted to go to was closed...so I went to this restaurant on short notice. I ordered grilled trout and chicken schnitzel The trout was soft and fluffy, with a hint of parsley, and it was delicious. The chicken schnitzel was crispy, like fried chicken. It came with salad and potatoes, so it was very filling.
