Guilin City.

The Eighth Route Army Guilin Office Memorial Hall is located at No. 14, North Zhongshan Road, Guilin City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It was established in 1977 based on the former site of the "Eighth Route Army Guilin Office" and opened to the public. The name of the museum was inscribed by Marshal Ye Jianying. Diecai Hill is located in the northeast of Guilin City, on the banks of the Lijiang River, and is one of the highest peaks in Guilin City. Diecai Hill covers an area of about 2 square kilometers and is composed of Mingyue Peak, Xianhe Peak, Siwang Mountain, and Yuyue Mountain. Diecai Hill is a tourist attraction developed by Yuan Hui, a Tang Dynasty official and writer, and is named for its horizontal rocks and colorful greenery.
