Mr. B. Boat Noodles

It is a noodle shop on the side of Highway 201 in Phu Khieo District. The shop is clearly visible with a large sign and parking in front of the shop. They sell noodles, som tam, and desserts. Today, I tried the small noodles with waterfall soup. The soup is rich and delicious with a spicy flavor. You can guess without adding any more seasoning. The small noodles are chewy and soft. In the bowl, there are meatballs, pork pieces, and liver. The liver is cooked just right and not hard. The shop also has pork rinds and vegetables for you to add for free. #NewYearNewTrip
