The combination of soft mochi, sweet red bean paste, and cold matcha drink was heavenly. The red bean was rich but not overpowering, and the mochi texture was just right—soft and chewy. What made this even more memorable was the rustic wooden setup and dried floral decor beside the window. It felt like time slowed down as I enjoyed each bite while watching the world go by.
