Specialising in hotpot using charcoal and soup base with fish and yam, they offer options of fresh fish or fried fish with their milky soup base! The soup comes together with yam, fuzhuk, Chinese cabbage. Love the soup base, delicious and flavourful, indeed a comforting meal on rainy days. Also, you can choose to add on a few other ingredients like handmade fishballs , shrimps, vegetables, noodles. The sauce station is easily accessible and sauce is complimentary without extra charges. The restaurant is huge, with ample tables and seatings. Love that the restaurant is in open air, thus it’s very airy and breezy! I wish to travel to Hong Kong for the food!
