The Indonesian owner worked as a chef in australia for a decade and this is his own place. No wonder, every dish I tried was so good. The flatbread was perfectly soft and flavorful, and the crispy eggplant was amazing and packed with flavor, making it an ideal start to the meal. The salmon confit was cooked to perfection, tender and rich, while the pork belly was indulgently melt-in-your-mouth tender. What I loved most about the experience was the balance of flavors.
