Qingyan Temple

Qingyan Temple is located in the southern part of Yiwu Lushan, Beizhen City, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province. It is the most incense-burning temple in Beizhen City and a Buddhist resort in Liaoxi and even the Northeast. Qingyan Temple has two courtyards, upper and lower. The Qingyan Temple Scenic Area is located in the western part of Changxingdian Town, Beizhen City, Jinzhou, Liaoning Province. It is one of the national 4A scenic spots, covering an area of 13 square kilometers and 25 kilometers away from Beizhen City. It was founded in the Northern Wei Dynasty and flourished in the mid-Tang Dynasty. It has a long history of 1,500 years. Qingyan Temple has a profound cultural heritage and a strong Buddhist atmosphere. It was built by the monk Shi Zhen of the Bohai State and was originally called Qianqiu Wangu Temple. It was renamed Qingyan Temple in the Ming Dynasty. The "crooked neck old mother" in the upper courtyard of the temple is world-famous. It is a unique Buddha statue in the world and the only one in China. It is one of the 32 incarnations of Guanyin Bodhisattva. Qingyan Temple was founded in the Northern Wei Dynasty and flourished in the mid-Tang Dynasty. The incense has been continuous to this day. Always prosperous. Qingyan Temple is divided into three courtyards, upper, middle and lower. The lower courtyard is built in the midst of the peaks, like sitting in a well and looking at the sky; there are "Daxiong Hall", "Tianwang Hall", "Bell Tower", "Drum Tower", etc., the courtyard is full of green trees and cypresses. The middle courtyard is located on the Xianglu Peak, with curling smoke and steaming gang. The upper courtyard is built on the edge of a dangerous cliff, as if it is hanging in the air, with excellent scenery. A natural platform is built between the cliffs of hundreds of meters, and a brick wall is built on the edge. The abyss under the wall is dazzling, and the mountains are like smoke.
