My wife and I stayed at the hotel and loved every second of our stay. The hotel is ideally situated for the Victoria Falls and is situated within the national park so you see giraffes, impala’s, monkeys and zebra’s around the grounds.
The staff are very attentive, our butler Kennedy was always on hand to assist us. Other members of staff such as Chola, Dorothy and Lupendo made our stay memorable and pleasant and we can’t wait to return for our next visit.
Excellent hotel with great service. The hotel has a modern luxurious touch, lovely views of the zambezi river and the staff are friendly. Hard to find fault with this hotel, the outdoor poolside patio had some mosquitoes during the late night. Definitely the best place to stay in Livingstone
Excellent riverside room and a wonderful resort overall. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. The gardens and surroundings in the resort are well maintained. The swimming pool is a great place to relax on a sunny afternoon, the restaurant and bar has excellent food refreshing drinks. It gets quite busy on the weekend and with big groups, but you can see why once you experience the facilities.
Apart from the resort it's also home to safpar, they have many different options for travel along the zambezi and falls. We chose the river float, game drive and sunset cruise combo (Around $180) and it was totally worth it!
Will definitely stop by again next time I'm in town.
You are the best hotel and resort area I have ever traveled to. You must stay in this hotel at the Great Falls. Yes, you can enter for free and unlimited times. The Falls Park is free and visa-free. You can travel to Zimbabwe for free. It is very convenient to see the moon rainbow and the double rainbow. , The room is large and comfortable, with aboriginal style
I can't praise Sindabezi enough, and I don't see how anywhere else in Vic Falls can possibly be better. Gorgeous location on an island, surrounded by the mighty Zambesi river, from where we spotted hippos, elephants, giraffe, waterbuck, impala and a host of fascinating birdlife without leaving the deck! The service, the food and beverages, accommodation are all excellent. The staff are a special highlight - you are appointed a valet for the duration of your stay and a guide for your activities. Both were brilliant and quickly became trusted friends. The resort manager was highly attentive, competent, and caring. If you're going in winter, bring a warm layer for the early mornings and sitting around the camp fire in the evenings, but don't worry about getting cold in the open-setting chalets at night as you'll be well wrapped up in thick duvets including hot water bottles! The days are warm-to-hot and t-shirts are fine. The activities are fantastic - I suggest doing at least one a day. We started with a sunrise boat trip on the first day, toured the Vic Falls next day, and ended our trip with a safari game drive where a family of elephants came right up to our vehicle. The tour of the local village was a highlight.
The hotel provides considerate service from check-in to check-out, and the front desk is warm and professional, which makes you feel like you are in the spring breeze. The guest rooms are stylishly designed, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer a panoramic view of the city night view. The bedding is selected from top brands, and you can fall into a cloud-like sleeping experience. The gym is equipped with Technogym equipment, and the water quality of the heated swimming pool is comparable to that of a private club. Chinese and Western breakfasts are cooked to order, and the Benedict eggs are a must. The cleaning lady even arranges the cosmetics in an artistic shape, which satisfies detail lovers!
Very cost-effective, with a bar for ordering food and a kitchen where you can cook. There is a supermarket within a five-minute walk, and there are many good restaurants within ten minutes. The post office is nearby, which is very convenient for sending postcards. There are also several nearby places where you want to exchange local currency, which you can compare. Music will be played at night, but the volume and time will be controlled. If you need to rest during a long trip, this hotel is a good choice.
We had a hard time leaving after three nights. We stayed here after about a month of traveling and for a few days, it felt like we were home. Maurice and his staff are incredibly welcoming. The room was large and comfortable, the bar on site wasn’t like a hotel bar at all- more like a neighborhood pub, and this was everything we could hope for in a resort getaway. Would give this a 10/10.
The environment is good, but unfortunately there is not a lot of water in the lake during the dry season. The diet is mainly western food, and you can also taste fish and shrimp in the lake. The local staple food ”Sima” is also available.

GGuest UserAn absolute gem! The owner, Chantal, is very involved in overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and it shows. They were extremely accommodating - we had an outdoor camper trailer which they allowed us to park and connect to electricity. All the staff are super friendly and polite. The rooms are tastefully decorated/designed and the bed was vey comfy. Beautiful outdoor pool and bar. Can’t recommend highly enough!!
Only 2 suggestions for improvement:
1) A signpost is desperately needed on the main road and T-junction to show where the place is.
2) Put a hairdryer in the room.
OOcramGreat hotel! It's more than a backpackers hostel! Great management a wonderful helpful staff Joy and Miriam and Mathew did a great job! Lovely rooms with AC. Good bathrooms. Wonderful quiet garden with pool. Well stocked bar. Safe parking. Self storage kitchen with cooking equipment. Great outdoor Fire pit and BBQ facility. Good breakfast. A small mall opposite with very well stocked supermarket and banks and currency exchange. Wish I could've stayed longer!

SSavannah DubienThe property is cute and has a wonderful and clean pool with lots of seating choices. Breakfast is great. The staff are all very kind and always ask if you need anything. Rooms a good and very clean. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the main street which can be exhausting when it’s 30c+ outside but otherwise in, what looks like, a good neighbourhood. Would recommend.

GGuest UserGreat place, very friendly staff, breakfast was just scrumptious. From the downsides is the lack of TV and some amenities, such as toothbrush, hair dryer or a rubbish bin. Besides the minor inconveniences I’d recommend the place!
KKANGThe service was good, the staff were friendly and the kitchen allowed me to boil ramen. The facilities inside were clean. Free breakfast was also good. It was nice to have a SPAR at a 7 minute walk. If you have a big baggage, there is a street to go to the bus terminal.
