Sarapannya sangat beragam, luar biasa. Lokasinya dekat dengan pusat kota, namun sulit menemukannya, karena letaknya di belakang hotel lain. Stafnya tidak terlalu cerewet, mereka tidak memberi tahu terlalu banyak informasi tentang kunjungan kami. Kamarnya cukup, hanya saja fasilitasnya agak buruk, tidak ada shower gel, tidak ada sampo, tidak ada handuk, tidak ada rak untuk shower gel di bilik shower.

Hotel Polonia Palace is a historical Warsaw hotel, dating back to 1913. Therefore, it is quite a beautiful structure. The location is in the very center of Warsaw, at the intersection of the two main streets. Also very close to the main train station and a subway station. The downside of the location is that it’s a very ugly area. Across the street is the Palace of Culture, is a Stalinist monstrosity which should be really torn down as soon as possible, paving way for the reconstruction of the pre-WWII center of Warsaw. The services offered by the hotel are generally very good. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The only downside is internet, which works in a less than ideal manner. Also very good value for money.

The hotel is good , located near to Airport and easy to reach from central station. Check-in was smooth. Breakfast was really good with hot and cold serve both handle. Multiple options which also suites the kids.

Excellent facilities marred only by the constant drumming from the festival activities opposite the hotel with a view to the National Arts Centre.
10-15 Minute walk to Railway Station.
Left luggage facilities were used prior to checking in after 3:00pm which enabled City Tour Bus which commences close to the Hotel - Tourist information Centre in the Cultural Centre opposite the Railway Station

WOW!! Can't believe the value for the price we paid!! It was a quiet, nice and spacious room, sparkling clean, excellent staff and service, bathroom super nice, and we also ate breakfast at the buffet, which was delicious, and had great and many choices. One of the best hotels we've ever been to. Will come again and highly recommend it.

I had a great stay here! I requested a high-floor room facing the central station where the Palace of Culture and Science is, and I got a lovely room! The view from my room was GORGEOUS. It was made even better because I could open the windows. The air-conditioning was not as cold as I would have liked, so I opened the windows for the natural air-conditioning at 10°C. The air-conditioning will auto-shut once you open the windows. For that, I would like to thank the staff who attended to my check-in and gave me this lovely room. The location is walkable, a straight walk from the central station. The tram to Stare Miasto stop (Castle Square) is just downstairs at the hotel. Nowy Swiat is within walking distance. There are a lot of restaurants and a few convenience stores around the hotel area. Zlote Tarasy (shopping mall) is where the central station is. Shops are closed on Sundays, though.

Ini hotel yang sangat bagus dengan harga segitu di pusat kota Warsawa, dengan fasilitas yang lengkap. Meskipun kami tinggal di sini untuk naik bus di pagi hari dan tidak mencoba sarapan di sini, rasanya menyenangkan minum bir Polandia dan makan salmon Norwegia di kamar pada malam hari.

I really enjoyed my stay at Presidential Hotel. The location is a big plus — very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to shopping areas. It made getting around the city effortless, especially as a traveller. Comfortable stay and a great base for exploring the city. Would happily stay here again.

TTamuHotel facilities are excellent, breakfast is great. But I found the most of the staff are not helpful, specially at the restaurant during breakfast time. Felt descriminated by color. When we went for breakfast no one showed us a table while others are escorted. Folk & knife brought to them while we were asked to go and take it.

TTamuSaya tidak mengambil gambar, tetapi ruangannya kompak tetapi memiliki semua fungsi yang seharusnya. Kebersihan sangat bersih. Letaknya cukup dekat dengan bandara, dan terdapat beberapa perusahaan besar di taman tersebut, termasuk Hikvision. Cocok untuk perjalanan dinas.

DDaffidAt beginning I’d like to say that it’s in the quite good location. Easy to walk to the center or catch some bus. Biedronka on the ground floor also useful. Staff very friendly and helpful, tower A has a 24-hour reception. I chose the room ”Superior”, at first glance it looked great, however, after a closer look you can notice some tiny cracks in the wall and tiny scuffs on the wall. Kitchen basic equipped, countertop in one place cracked (MDF laminate), you can already see the tooth of time in this room. Cabinets don’t close properly (hinge torn out), on the plus side, washing machine (but no powder/capsules) and dishwasher (one capsule for a stay of 3d day), which was held on one screw in the cabinet, sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from under the sink. Living room nice, TV a little old, but has many channels even foreign, sofa comfortable. As for the bathroom, there is nothing to complain about, nice, there was gel and hot water, only the white towels had small red spots(maybe some lipstick?). The bedroom is also in good condition, fresh bedding, TV, the only problem was the hard touching door and the non-functioning led behind the bed.
In summary, certainly on the plus side air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, cleanliness of the bathroom, friendly staff, free wifi. On the other hand, the downsides that I remember the most are the problem with the bedroom door(probably fell on the hinges) and problems with the cabinets in the kitchen - torn out hinge and (ATTENTION!) failure to meet the deadline for returning the deposit, I had to wait a whole month (only after not accepting the transaction, the bank reversed the payment)! I also wrote an e-mail about this, but did not receive a reply.

MMilkyMeowSaya menginap di hostel ini dua kali pada akhir Desember dan itu merupakan pengalaman yang luar biasa dengan harga yang terjangkau. Kasurnya sangat nyaman dan seluruh tempat sangat bersih sehingga memudahkan untuk beristirahat dengan nyenyak. Saya sangat menyukai lokasinya karena berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki dari stasiun Warszawa Zachodnia dan ada trem ke pusat kota tepat di depan pintu. Staf di resepsionis sangat membantu dan resepsionis 24 jam membuat proses check-in sangat mudah. Ini jelas merupakan salah satu pilihan hemat terbaik di Warsawa jika Anda menginginkan sesuatu yang dapat diandalkan dan berlokasi strategis.
