hotel location is close to bus and team station only 5 minutes walk. very quite and when u check in the git have me to bring the luggage to the room as I have the room in next block without elevator.. I very good services will advise to book it.

You can easily rent an e-scooter or electric bike via app to reach the city center quickly—just 8–9 zloty for a 30-minute round trip.

I stayed at Novotel Warszawa Centrum and was pleasantly surprised by how thoughtfully the room was arranged. Everything was placed in a way that made moving around easy and intuitive. The furniture and layout felt modern and practical — clearly designed with travelers’ needs in mind. The location is also great — close to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Warsaw!

This is very good location if you have early morning flight. Room is big enough, so it was comfortable to sleep and leave at 5 in the morning I’ll stay here again

Hotel in excellent location,it is absolutely spotless and very warm for the winter months😂.The decor in the rooms are dated but fine.The downside was the price of the breakfast not worth it but overall I would stay here again.

This hotel is in a great location right in the centre walking distance to loads of shops, restaurants, bars, and public transport to other areas of the city. It is fairly modern with good facilities for a city break or business trip. In places the decor and carpets in corridors were a little tired but the rooms were in nice condition and very clean. I did find the shower annoying as it ran hot and cold intermittently in my room, but not for all of my friends in other rooms. The main road where some rooms face can be noisy but not so much in the middle of the night. It is light road and city noise, not crowd or music noise. I really enjoyed the breakfast and glad I opted for it each morning. The restaurant area is nice and always busy which is a good sign. If you are looking for an English breakfast, this isn't your place, but I enjoyed trying polish breakfast things. There is scrambled egg, sausage, toast, pancakes etc. but there is also things like chickpea salads, olives, smoked fish, and pickles. I'm looking forward to staying here again on my next visit to Warsaw.

It is a very nice hotel, but we experienced some issues. Nice room and bathroom, very spacious. Tasty breakfast. Mostly extremely friendly staff. Good gym. But it seems like there is not enough staff for a five star hotel... one morning in the breakfast room the staff struggled tending for the guests, serving coffee, and cleaning up the tables. Room Service was not available when we tried to order.

Staff service is terrible. I asked for hair conditioner in the afternoon before heading out but when I returned at midnight it’s still empty. I ask for hot water the staff replied ‘this is basic hotel, you can pay at cafe to buy, no free tea. I was shocked, he made me feel cheap. I just wanted hot water which most hotels offer a kettle….. or at least free hot water at lobby. I asked for a second coffee voucher. He says you have received for two already, but I didn’t, I only received one…. 😂😂😂 The overall is terrible……..

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Hetman from December 27th to 30th. The hotel provided a comfortable and welcoming environment that made my visit enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail in the room setup and the cosy ambience were commendable. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, they were always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. The location of the hotel was convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions and local restaurants, making it a great base for exploring the area. I opted for the breakfast provided by the hotel, which cost 55 zloty per person. The variety of options and the quality of the food were excellent, making it a worthwhile addition to my stay. The fresh and delicious selection each morning added to the overall experience. Overall, my stay at Hotel Hetman was enjoyable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located hotel. I look forward to returning in the future!

I love this hotel! The staff are lovely, and it's clean and comfy to the best! 💕 The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the city center, but with the price and the quality of the room, I think it’s very worth it.
