Nice hotel with good service. Great amenities, room is spacious and clean, overall is comfortable. Just a little bit of walking distance to shopping malls but still the best choice out of all.♥️

when first enter the room, the floor was full dirts and dust. Even the renovations seem new but the paint of the door is falling off. The toilet is clean and good condition but the shower head seems to be unclean and appears rusty. Location is good, walking distance to kea farm market but due to this, a lot of cars and tourist just parked within the hotel area. This caused inconvenience for hotel guests whenever leaving or entering the car park.

🌟 5/5 – Absolutely the Best Stay Ever! 🌟 My stay at Wyndham Ion Majestic Genting was simply perfect from start to finish! The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed — everything felt so new and luxurious. The view from my unit was breathtaking, especially in the morning when the mist rolled over the mountains. The weather was cool and refreshing — it truly felt like being above the clouds! The facilities were amazing — the Skypool 50 was stunning, the heated pool was superb and my kids absolutely loved it! The breakfast buffet was excellent — so many choices and every dish was delicious. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The location was convenient and peaceful, just a short drive from the Genting attractions, yet away from the crowds — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The price was really worth it for the comfort, quality, and experience we had. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single flaw. It’s truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I’ll definitely return in December with my big family — can’t wait to experience it all over again! 💯✨

First thing first is hotel ni bangunan dia mcm kondo airbnb yg mana 1 tower utk resident atau airbnb, 1 lgi tower utk hotel. Expetation aku hotel ni mcm hotel dgn building yg proper( hotel own building), tapi hakikatnya tak yg mana bagi aku tak proper buat hotel yg menyebabkan sesak semasa peak hour especially semasa check-in timing (bertembung dgn airbnb). Bilik pulak aircond aku tak berapa sejuk, tapi lepas call maintenance service okay lah sejuk tapi still tak berapa sbb aku set 16deg the whole night (jrg aku set 16deg sbb terlampau sejuk kebiasaannya). Breakfast pon okay okay lah. Lokasi best dekat dgn byk tempat mkn, bandar kuantan dan teluk chempedak. Overall aku bagi 5/10.

That is a new service apartment which is linked bridge to resort hotel. All are still new and 80% outlets still renovation. We understand that early check in is subjected to availability, staff should proactively follow up and call once room ready. However, I didn't receive any call which was informed that will confirmed call us once room ready.

Warmth n smooth check in n out.. The staff were friendly n helpful.. My 1st time here.. Perfect location, close to all the shops n restaurants.. The hotel itself is beautiful n clean.. I would definitely stay here l again..

The rooms were clean, spacious, and modern — perfect for a relaxing retreat in the cool weather. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Breakfast was also well-prepared with a good variety. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay in Cameron Highlands. Will definitely return again!

The hotel location is good as it's in the middle of Brinchang town. We have been given a room facing the Coronation Park, the park big clock is noisy as every hour we can hear the bell sound even though we closed our sliding door. The noises from the main road was irritating too. The toilet and the room cleanliness can be improved. The grouting of the toilet, the soap holder is dirty as well as the toilet dustbin, they throw away the rubbish but not together with the plastic bag. The cleaner will only do your bedsheet, change the towels and put new shampoo & bath soap if asked to make up your room. No free toothbrush, so bring it yourself.

1. Their breakfast is the best! so many variety and u can enjoy a really good full filling breakfast. They even allowed u to bring your coffee to the pool, as it is just next to the dining area. 2. They use salt water for their pool. But their pool is the same floor as the lobby and dining area. So for us, we feel there’s no privacy. 3. Their room is actually pretty small. Compact. Stuffy i would say. But for some maybe that’s alright. We prefer a bit more space. 4. Parking can be tricky. Sometimes it’s full. Their parking space is limited so avoid coming during festive season😬 5. The hotel location is in town. So that’s alright.
