Pan Pacific Yangon is one of the more established luxury hotels in Yangon. You cannot go wrong with booking a stay in this hotel. It is very well maintained. Staff are always wearing a smile, and very attentive to your needs. The rooms are always kept clean and orderly. The hotel is situated at downtown Yangon, right beside a mall and a few steps to Bogyoke Market. Other tourist spots in Yangon are easily accessible via Grab. The views at the reception floor gives you the Shwedagon Pagoda, so wonderful to look at in the afternoon. The infinity pool with a view of the Catholic church right across is awesome. Take a dip in the early morning for fewer crowds. For what you’d pay, you get so much bang for your buck. Would definitely book this hotel when I visit Yangon again.

Very nice hotel, the hotel is very close to the airport, it takes about 15 minutes by car. The staffs are very nice. The staff is very helpful and sent me to the airport in the morning. The buffet in the restaurant are very good. I enjoyed it very much.

Had the most amazing experience at Novotel Yangon Max! Rooms were quite comfortable and I must note, I felt very safe staying here for anyone who may be worried about visiting. Staff here truly made my stay in Yangon incredible. Super nice people and I have to shoutout housekeeping as they did a phenomenal job, organizing my toiletries, folding my clothes, they were so great. And then there's the breakfast buffet! It was so good, with such a wide spread of options and I absolutely loved the view of the city from the 5th floor while eating every morning! I 100% would stay here again and highly, highly recommend this hotel.

Good breakfast buffet with cooks at food stations. Big rooms with desk for working. Hotel was selling Chinese-style mooncakes in the lobby.

Very good hotel for these money, with good enough breakfast and swimming pool and located near lake with side walk to Pagoda! And there is very good personal. WiFi is good, but you need VPN for some websites, 30-40 Mbit and very stable.

From the moment the taxi stopped at the front door, the hotel staff greeted with the warm smiles and promptly opened the entrance door. As I walked to the reception, I was welcomed with a refreshing juice, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. A special thanks to Front Office Manager Zar Zar Tin Win and her team for giving me a beautifully renovated room with a stunning view of the Shwedagon Pagoda. The room was immaculately clean, the new bed felt like a cloud, and the combination of both ceiling and wall showers was a delightful touch. Overall, the senior management, front desk, and housekeeping teams were incredibly friendly, caring, and attentive, making my stay feel truly like home. Thank you again to the ParkRoyal Yangon Team.

The facility was clean and I felt very comfortable. The gym is large, and you can also use the sauna and jacuzzi. The view of the courtyard and poolside from the breakfast venue made me forget that I was in Myanmar, and I was able to enjoy a relaxing time. However, perhaps because it had just reopened or because there were few guests, the breakfast options were few and poor, and some of the items were used from the previous day and were not delicious. I was very disappointed because the rating would be halved if the breakfast level was low in a 5-star hotel. I hope it will be improved in the future.

Mercure Hotel has always been a second to me and my partner. We’d stay here with friends and we even booked them during our wedding day. On our recent stay, it was so nice to be back with my baby and parents. Staff always welcomes us and serve us with smiles. Another thing I like about this hotel is their continuous commitment to improvement, and live and care to Mother Earth. They started eliminating single-use plastics and now uses sustainable packagings and items. I highly recommend Mercure Hitel!

It's just a place that's worth the price. The location seems a bit weird, but since you have to take a taxi everywhere, it doesn't really matter. There's a convenience store, foot massage shop, and other local restaurants 2 minutes away. There's a shopping mall 5 minutes away. You can buy meals or snacks there. The receptionist is not friendly, but they have a business mind, and the guy who looks like a team leader is a little rude. The rooftop is old, and the pool is like a neighborhood sushi restaurant. The rooftop food is really bad, so I don't recommend it. The breakfast was just so-so.. The room cleaning was just so-so. I don't think I'll visit again.

We were very happy with the hotel. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, buffet breakfast was good, room service is good. They have a large gym, beautiful pool and the spa is also a great treat. The hotel is located at a good spot with many restaurants and shops around. The reception staff are all very friendly and helpful.
