The hotel is perfectly situated near Luton airport for easy one-night stays. If you follow Google Maps it is a bit tricky finding the way in the dark but when you get inside it is a beautiful building and staff are friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend it!

Hotel yang bagus, sangat dekat dengan bandara. Suasananya agak bising di malam hari karena rencana liburan di dekat jendela. Sarapannya enak, tapi agak ramai di malam hari di lobi. Sebenarnya hotelnya sangat ramah. Kami bertemu orang-orang hebat di sana. Saya sangat merekomendasikannya.

The Premier Inn is a decent value for money. The staff were very helpful at check-in given that we arrived a bit earlier than 3pm , they allowed us to to change into clothing more appropriate for the toasty afternoon ( sunny and 25C) and leave our belongings in storage behind the reception. The biggest drawback , in my books, was the fact the window in our room was sealed shut and we had to rely on the HVAC system for fresh air. The location made it easy to reach from Luton Airport after a 10 min walk from the Luton Station Interchange, but the surrounding area has a bit of a rough edge to it.

The staff were so kind and helpful. I checked in just as the kitchen closed and the asked the chef to restart the pizza oven so I could have dinner. I also had a broken foot which was very painful and swollen from an entire day walking around Luton airport. They provided me with a huge bowl of ice which made a massive difference and I left the hotel the next day feeling rested and much more comfortable. As I was about to leave a kind lady at the check in desk came and gave me a bottle of water and a chocolate bar to take with me. Great experience after the previous day’s hellish experience with EasyJet at Luton airport.

Excellent reasonable priced accommodation. All great a few adjustments to make this location excellent are being able to amend my booking instead of no cancellation policy also checking out time extend to 11.00am instead of 10:00am even on Sundays also breakfast Sunday morning service finishes at 9:30am these few adjustments would increase popularity for this accommodation.

Just stayed here to get access to the airport early the next morning. In that respect, the hotel fully served its purpose. We didn't really try any other services, had a decent sleep - room was fairly basic, but functional! Walking to the airport takes about 10-15 mins. Not bad! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Despite being so close to the airport, the soundproofing is quite good and the room felt quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything needed for a short stay. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. One nice perk is the complimentary breakfast — the selection is fairly simple but includes hot items, pastries, fruit, and coffee, which is perfect before heading to the airport. Overall, it’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s reliable, clean, and extremely convenient for travelers flying from Luton. I’d definitely consider staying here again for an early flight.
