No cool air conditioning which is not acceptable. We tried to open the window and the room became cooler, but it is impossible to open the window when you are sleeping. The noise of train passing by is too loud, and there were many people talking loudly at mid night. Not reasonable of not letting customer turn on the cool function of air conditioning. It is impossible for sleeping.

Hotel is close to the station, just a straight walk for about 10 minutes. It is located at the main road and in front of the hotel is a bus stop, easy for travellers to use and go around Kanazawa. Close to Omicho Market as well. The room is spacious, got feet massager, face steamer and normal amenities such as hair dryer and humidifier. The bathroom is also spacious. Would love to come back and stay here again if we got the chance!

Room was spacious for three with each person a single bed, very comfortable, very classic and elegant furnishing, bathroom and toilet was separated. Staffs were helpful and friendly and they can understand simple English. Good location and very close from the Kanazawa station with lots of eateries and convenience stores around. Breakfast was very nice with a lot of choices and tastes good! Would highly recommend this place and I would also like to go back here again during my next visit.

Modern Japanese design, cozy and well equipped. My family and kids like it very much. Walking distance about 15min from Kanazawa station. The morning market was just right opposite of hotel entrance. Room are spacious and warm. Will definitely stay again next time.

Location: very conveniently located right besides the bus stop for buses back and forth from Kanazawa station as well as other major touristy spots. But even walking wise everything including Kenrokuen garden, Kanazawa castle, the famous districts & also just 2-3 min walk to Omiya shrine Hotel & Room standard: Elegantly classy and very contemporary rooms. Size was also pretty good and comfortable enough for 2 people for standard room. Room amenities are also very good and the Public bath at top also looks quite fancy. Staff service: Was very very impressed with the staff service. I think everyone spoke & understood basic English to assist with any questions. Furthermore they even have great personalised hotel brochures for restaurants and spots nearby the hotel and what cuisine each offered which I found very helpful. Overall an easy 5/5 stay

Conveniently located across Kanazawa station, the hotel is easily accessible. Glad to see the mountain view from my hotel room. The breakfast spread is fantastic! As my stay was during the colder month of December, consistent hot water at the turn of the tap without any wait is really good! My only complain is that the central aircon system is not pushing out enough air, even at highest speed, making the night feel stuffy.

The hotel has a convenient location near the train station, making travel easy. Food options are plentiful in the area. However, the Onsen is quite small, and since the hotel is next to a main road, noise can be an issue at times. The rooms are on the smaller side, but overall, the cleanliness and service are satisfactory.

It is about 5 minutes away from the JR station. There are many shopping malls and supermarkets around, which is very friendly to food lovers. The hotel service is in place and pays attention to details. In snowy and rainy days, transparent umbrellas are placed at the door for tourists to pick up. The room is OK, with 2 suitcases and space to move freely. Nohi and Hokkien Railway Bus Station are at the west exit, which is convenient for self-guided tourists to transfer and take the bus. The management is standardized and enthusiastic.

The staff were all very kind and helpful! I was also very happy to be able to borrow the ReFa hair iron and hair dryer for free! I'd definitely like to use it again if I have the opportunity to go to Kanazawa!!

The hotel that we stayed in was SUPERB!! Its very ideal for us having kids as the hotel is situated few minutes walk from the station plus the underpass that protects us from cold since we are not used to a very cold/snowy winter plus closed to restaurants and convenient stores. The staff were all friendly, polite and respectful. They’re all lovely and helpful! We had a spacious and tidy room as well making as feel comfortable and gave us a complete relaxation after a whole day activity. We’d love to visit Japan and go to Kanazawa again next year and we’d love to stay at Hotel Mystay Kanazawa. Trasmonte Family from New Zealand

Next to the Komatsu Shinkansen Station, it is quite suitable to stay for one night during a transfer. Although the room is small, the bathroom is quite large with separate dry and wet rooms. I stayed here in December. The lowest temperature was 3 degrees, so it was cold outside, but the hotel was heated and comfortable. There were plenty of amenities, and razors were available at the front desk. The room was nice and clean. It was only a few minutes walk from the station, so it was very convenient for Komatsu Airport. I was very satisfied.

I took a smoking room for a week by mistake, but I changed it to a non-smoking room on Tuesday. However, the non-smoking room I had changed was very dirty, and the dirt was scattered on the floor after the bath, so I contacted the front desk in the middle of the night to confirm it. After confirmation, he changed the room to the highest level. The view and the size of the room were large enough for one person.

The hotel is old and the room is clean but not well cleaned especially the corners of the room. The room is old and dull and the toilet smells bad. The balcony is covered with bamboo screen which make hard to see the outside. We can see the balcony is not well cleaned and the rooftop of the building is not well cleaned, too. If they clean the balcony and rooftop it will make a big difference. The fence at the balcony is worn out if they repainted it,it will be very beautiful seeing from the inside. I dont care if the building is old but they should keep it well cleaned and more presentable and im sure people will come again. The food is good and the bathing facilities is also good but its too hot no air at all, i didnt stay long because i cant breath i wish they open the window for fresh air to come. the atmosphere from the window the dried mold of the rooftop and the worn out of the balcony fence should be fix.The place is very quiet and you can really relax.The main entrance and ground floor is renovated and its nice and modern. The service is good too but the clerks are not lively they should be more cheerful. If the room is not dull and the balcony and rooftop is clean i want to stay again but sorry i wont stay here again. Quaint hotel with very good service. Several older grannies in kimono are very kind and kind. We arrived early, and before the time to check in, the grandmother led us to a tatami platform with a view of the courtyard at the entrance, and served us dim sum and Japanese matcha🍵. Fantastic Hotel, a little outside of the way if you’re traveling from the airport. No connecting trains to make it easy, but the staff are courteous and kind, and their Onsen is great!

This Japanese-style hot spring hotel is fully equipped and the lobby is quite luxuriously decorated. We arrived early and enjoyed free afternoon tea and foot soup first. At three o'clock, a waiter in a kimono guided us to the door of the room, which was very intimate. After the bath, we had dinner on the 2nd floor of the hotel at the time we had booked in advance. The dinner was a standard kaiseki dish and was very hearty. Each family had their own private dining space and was equipped with a dedicated full service. At 9 pm, the hotel arranged a local Taigu performance in Kaga for the guests, which was very special. The whole experience was very satisfying.

When we walked in to have breakfast, the waiter did not ask us the room number, but asked us to ask the front desk. The front desk didn't even ask the room number, so we went in and ate directly. No room number, this management method is only applicable to Japanese people, that is, if you want to eat breakfast, you can go directly in. No one knows if the accommodation includes breakfast. Although it is a lake view room, Chaishan Temple will be covered (the seventh floor of the total floor is allocated on the fourth floor, the difference is as photo), if you look at the mountain view, it is similar.

The equipment of this room was very attractive as I saw it in the photos on Trip.com. I saw that some rooms had a thin hot spring basin, so I chose this room. I was so happy that I could soak in the hot spring in the room. How did I know that there was no such equipment when I arrived in the room? After I went to the front desk to find out the situation, after dealing with them for a while, they just said that the information on the Trip.com website was wrong. This was a photo of another room and had nothing to do with their hotel. . Therefore, I advise everyone who plans to book a hotel on Trip.com not to trust the photos and information on the Trip.com website!

Our stay in Morino Sumika was wonderful. This hotel is probably one the best Hotel (Ryokan) We’ve ever stayed in Japan. We are so impressed with their service. The staffs are polite and responsive even though language barrier. We stayed in a room with open air bath type with balcony looking at the slope garden and hotel itself. The architecture is stunningly beautiful. Room are spacious and bigger than we had expected. The room layout is great. We are so amazed with the hotel facility and everything in the hotel that we want to spend much more time at the hotel rather than going out. The hotel is about 5 km away from Kagaonsen Station in the area called Yamashiro Onsen. They offer shuttle service which we contact them via email. Yamashiro Onsen is very nice and calm. FYI… Kagaonsen Station is 20 minutes travel from Kanazawa by Hokuriku Shinkansen… very convenience..

Kishotei Inn is located in the Yamanaka Onsen Street. There is a hotel shuttle bus from the south exit parking lot of Kaga Onsen JR Station that can pick you up at scheduled times.
