On the date of arrival, the hotel staff Faizan was very helpful to arrange for my airport transfer even though was not pre-arranged. On Wed, the day before checkout, I settled all my outstanding & requested for an invoice but was initially denied citing the reason that I have paid thru Trip.Com. The staff in charge is don’t seem to understand that Trip.Com is just an agent & sole responsibility of issuing invoice liaise with the hotel. After several discussion, they finally agreed but issued an inaccurate invoice where 4 days stay was itemized instead of 5 days. When I was about to leave the hotel on Thurs, Faizan was on duty & I requested him to make the amendments (to the invoice) for me. He promised to email me the revised invoice but I have not received till now. So a good impression turned into an unpleasant one on the last day..

We went to Kuwait with friends for a wedding, the hotel accommodated us with a shuttle service and the driver waited for us for 2+ hours as we got our visas on arrival and money exchanged. The breakfast spread was lovely and varied, and the restaurant was on the smaller side but still worked well. Sauna/gym/pool were all included and a lovely treat after a day out. The staff were all always kind and looked after us well, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, for the price was well worth it.

Overall was bad experience I give it 2 out of 5. 1- Uporoffesional receptionist..skipped my que during check in and served another guest took longer to check not providing any info about the stay or even WiFi access. 2- Room has issues reported and some hasn't been resolved. Room without any towels. TV wasn't working. No hot water.

This apartment hotel was lovely from the first moment we walked in greeted with amazing service from all of the employees. Easy check-in process and it was wonderful that it was connected to the mall. I would definitely recommend especially for great service.

The hotel smells clean, its cleaning is good, the people at the reception are helpful and there are 3 shopping malls near the hotel, many cafes,the location is great, you are in the center Bu the way thank you sheklo u so kınd and helpful!

The location of the hotel is good, not far from the city center, and the scenery outside the window is good. But the hotel facilities are too old, not like a 4-star hotel at all, more like an ordinary hotel. There are no tea bags, instant coffee, etc. in the room; and the hotel did not change the bottled water for me after cleaning every day, and did not give me new bottled water for the next few days after I reminded. The breakfast buffet has very little choice, not even fruit. Compared with the hotels I stayed in other countries in GCC, this one is the worst! will not choose next time
