This hotel is conveniently located to the airport and you can find restaurants and bars within walking distance. The room and bathroom are small but clean. The mattress is too soft and uncomfortable to sleep. I hope the management can look into this.

Booked an Uber to get there. The start was not very good Driver said I would need 50 ruppie to pay for parking or something for the hotel at the door. At the gate, I didn't have any Indian ruppie cash with me, so I gave him $1 usd. He wasn't happy but no other choice. Had no idea what it was about. Arrived and checked in early. The receptionist asked me to sit and wait for 5 mins. I waited for nearly an hour and finally decided to come and asked. The room was ready long ago. He just totally forgot about me. Saw a lady staff just walked around asking and leading other customers to the desk (kinda useless since she couldn't do checking in). At least, welcoming drink would be nice.( we saw drinking tap and wondering should we asked for it) The room was good size. Clean and tidy. No bathrobe. Nice breakfast and dinner. A lot of security to get back to the hotel every time. Kinda good and bad at the same time. Restaurants and shops next door on the left (walking to Aerocity shop)

The staff, especially in the restaurant, was super friendly and helpful in every way. Certain staff in the front office went out of their way to be helpful. That was much appreciated.

Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff. The check-in process was swift, and the staff made sure we felt comfortable right from the start. The lobby area was clean, modern, and welcoming, which set a positive tone for our stay. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and offered a comfortable atmosphere. The bed was especially soft, and we appreciated the cozy linens and pillows. As senior citizens, comfort is a high priority for us, and this room did not disappoint. One of the highlights of our stay was the in-room dining experience. We ordered dinner, and the food arrived promptly, hot, and delicious. The menu had a variety of options that catered to both our tastes. I must also mention the courteous and professional staff who made sure to check in with us to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. The hotel’s location was ideal for us as it was in proximity to the commercial areas of Gurgaon, making it convenient to get around. We didn’t use many of the hotel’s amenities due to our short stay, but we noticed the gym and the restaurant facilities, both of which seemed to be well-kept. The only minor downside we experienced was with the air conditioning, which took a little time to adjust to our preferred temperature. However, this did not majorly affect our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant one-night stay at Holiday Inn Gurgaon, and we would recommend it to other senior citizens looking for a comfortable, welcoming hotel in the area. The staff, comfort, and attention to detail made it a memorable experience. We would gladly return on our next visit to Gurgaon.

Fantastic hotel, ultra modern, super cool vibes, nice room with a funky shower room! Breakfast was great, good variety and they also make you various omelettes to order, all included in the breakfast buffet! Staff are attention and helpful, would defo stay here again and highly recommend it! Coming from London and seeing a hotel like this, loved it!

I stayed at this hotel for two separate nights because I did the golden triangle tour in India. The first night I felt more appreciated as a guest and was able to rest well after Travel. The second day was on Republic Day and I just feel the employees working were a little bit jaded. The exception is the bell desk which held my bags for five days during my golden triangle tour. Much appreciated. The first night I stayed through another app on WeChat and was very impressed with the decor and arrangement of the hotel. I was able to witness an Indian wedding with some music outside. The ATM is located in the financial building next to the hotel. For Republic Day, the city surrounding the hotel still had lots happening and worthy of photos. The restaurant service in the Indian restaurant was a little disorganized and took a long time. The salmon was delicious, kudos to chef. The view was not as good as the first night, but I still enjoyed the room itself as the sunrise was better for photo. The room service is exceptional.  I’m not sure if it was because it was dry day and holiday or not, but I feel there wasn’t as much enthusiasm from the employees as the first night.  By room phone, an employee told me to go to the Wine store because they were open and selling on holiday, and a random taxi took me to a scarf shop instead from their lobby taxi line. That was the only disappointment because I still had to pay the taxi to take me back to the hotel after being told that the employee who told me to go to the wine store was incorrect. This was concierge. Otherwise, I feel this hotel is the most affordable, considering the area of the government and embassy. I was told this is a five star hotel and feel that the area is generally safe and clean compared to other parts of the city or beyond the Delhi toll gate. Even though the air quality was pretty high, I was able to get some good photos on the second visit from the room view.  There is a really nice Japanese restaurant in there, and breakfast was good. I slept well regardless. Beautiful hotel with art displays on one of the floors.

Service was stellar. Every staff member we interacted with was very friendly. Our checkin staff recommended we visit Dilli Haat as we only had 1 day in Delhi and it was a perfect recommendation. They also provided us with a very generous take away breakfast for our early morning departure. Everything in the room was immaculate.

This hotel is very good and my room was very clean, I was tired at night, as soon as I checked and went to the room, seeing the room good, my fatigue went away and I also got very good sleep at night and the breakfast of mourning was also very good. I thank all the staff from the bottom of my heart.

If hygiene is an important factor to you in choosing a hotel, this is it. It's not squeaky clean, but you will be surprised when you see it. The room is a bit small, but if you're a solo traveler, the space is sufficient, at least to me. Breakfast is good, all Indian style. 작지만 깨끗한 호텔입니다. 파하르간지가 가깝고 교통이 편리한곳에 위치해 있어서 tuktuk driver 와 말싸움을 할필요 없이 조그만 걸으면 열차나 지하철을 이용해서 원하는 목적지까지 무난하게 갈수가 있습니다. 방은 작지만 1층에 아담한 courtyard 가 있어서 필요하면 조용히 앉아서 쉴수도 있고 커피(free, instant, but tasty)를 마시며 친구와 이야기를 나눌수 있어서 좋습니다. 호텔에서 제공하는 아침식사는 인도식이어서 우리의 입맛에는 맞지않지만 안심하고 먹어도 되는 수준입니다.

I’ve been staying this property for years now. The concierge people are always helpful and friendly and they get excited me seeing again. They offered me complimentary breakfast and food was delicious and service was wonderful and friendly. I was provided a large and neat and clean room and front desk kept on asking if I need any assistance which was so warming. The only issue was The PRICES this trip was 3 times what I usually pay for this property.

I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Radisson Blu, Dwarka. The check-in was smooth, the room was spacious and well-equipped, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the in-house restaurants served delicious food. The staff was warm and professional, making the experience even better. The location is convenient, with easy access to the metro. Overall, a luxurious and relaxing stay—highly recommended!

Huge hotel . Perfect room with nice design, Big and comfortable . - long check in process . In the room was super super cold. The air conditioner was turned on at +29, but it felt like +16. I turned off the air conditioner, and the room stopped being ice only in the morning.

First, I had not been to this hotel previously. ”Hotel” staff were helpful. The room was overpriced: a mere cubbyhole. They did provide someone to assist in getting to the next ticket counter. Little description of how to actually get to the hotel, in the middle of the terminal. I purchased the ”$25 dinner”; and what a joke. Wait staff was slow, the fish and chips took nearly 45 minutes in a restaurant with only a few patrons, fish had a ”funny” taste to it, small menu, based on the per meal pricing, there was no reason to buy a $25.00 meal. WiFi was questionable.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were some positive aspects, our experience was marred by a few serious issues. The hotel boasts a beautiful ambiance and well-maintained surroundings, which initially made a great impression. However, we faced two significant problems during our stay. Firstly, the pool area was unsafe. To our shock, there were nails in the pool, and one of them got stuck in my son's toe, causing us distress and inconvenience. This is a major safety concern that needs immediate attention. Secondly, the quality of the quilt provided in our room was extremely poor. It was uncomfortable and didn't match the standards expected from a hotel of this kind. Additionally, the food was sub-par and left much to be desired. While we appreciated the pleasant ambiance and certain aspects of the hotel, the safety issue and lack of quality in basic amenities like bedding and food made our stay less enjoyable. I hope th. Need improvement. Need to give better customer service. There was no taxi service to airport

The rooms are all well maintained with all the essential facilities and the rates are soo pocket friendly. Anyone can consider it for a better stay at suited price.

We had two rooms booked. One was next to reception and throughout the night, the employees were watching videos on their mobiles and making a LOT of noise. Between 2 and 5am. We had to get up to ask them to be quiet. Second stay and the first was fine, but no benefit to stay if you can’t sleep before an early flight. We will be asking for a refund for one of the rooms
