Booked online a room for one night.  We stayed at the 20th gl of the Sky Tower.  The room was bigger than most other chain hotels.  The check-in & car parking were at different buildings.  Due to the surrounding one-way streets setup, it took us a while to figure out. The room cost was separated into two portions, one paid to the booking agency (Trip.com) at reservation & the other to the Circus Circus at check-in.  At checkout, the hotel receipt showed an increase of $2.20 to the original cost when we booked online.  No reason was given to us for why.  So if you book the room similarly to what we did, do pay attention to the cost variation!

IT WAS A NICE STAY UNTIL I HAD A LOVELY 7:30AM WAKE-UP CALL BY VERY LOUD CONSTRUCTION NEXT TO MY ROOM INSIDE THE HOTEL. I NEEDED GOOD SLEEP FOR A BIG HIKE AND INSTEAD, I WAS SLEEP DEPRIVED AND JOLTED AWAKE, THINKING THERE WAS AN EARTHQUAKE. ABSOLUTELY NO CONSIDERATION BY THE HOTEL TO LET ME AND PERHAPS OTHERS KNOW OF THIS. I GUESS NO ONE WOULD BOOK A ROOM IF THEY WERE PRE-WARNED. I WON'T STAY HERE AGAIN.

The hotel was good and decent for the stay we had, the room wasn’t the best, and the view was definitely not worth the price since we had air conditioner unit views and white globe with no lights to it too (yawn 🥱 a missed opportunity). If you’re into gambling, or not so much, this is an okay place to stay. We aren’t gamblers but we still managed to find some fun. The cool thing about the hotel is that there are three casinos connected to each other with Silverland being in the middle. We spent more time at Circus Circus playing the games there and earning tickets to win simple prizes. There is much for entertainment there in the forms of gambling, night clubs, and kid games. Food around is pretty reasonable where you don’t have to leave the complex, which is great! However more than two days here might be a bit too much and possibly boring after that if you’re not a gambler. Luckily we were only passing through and less than a 40 hour stay here for us was perfectly fine!

Antrean cukup panjang saat check-in, namun tim resepsionis bekerja keras dan memperhatikan kebutuhan tamu, bahkan ketika menghadapi tamu yang lebih menantang. Penghargaan khusus untuk Pritesh, yang sangat membantu dan efisien dalam proses check-in kami. Kamarnya indah, dengan pemandangan dua aspek, dan terletak di lantai 35. Kamarnya luas dan bersih. Hotel ini terletak di ujung jalan, tetapi masih dapat dicapai dengan berjalan kaki.

The hotel is very nice as we have stayed there before. The only complaint I have is we booked a deluxe king East River view room. They put us in a deluxe West view that overlooked the pool. I didn't put up a fuss over it as the pool view was also nice to look at. Otherwise the casino floor has lots of choices and bar service was efficient. We enjoyed our stay and the pool time every morning. The pool wasn't heated though so feet in the pool was about it.

This is my third time staying here. I have been in the North Wing, West Wing and the Peppermill Tower. Staff are always helpful and I'm really a guest there for the Spa Toscana, which is first rate. I have never spent time on the gambling******. I recently ate at Romanza and was quite impressed with the level of service and quality of food. If you can find a good deal on the web to stay here, grab it. Even if its in the West or North Wings, which are bit far from the amenities, but more reasonably priced. The outdoor pools are also really excellent.

Well it’s Caesars palace! A phenomenal hotel in a great location right in the middle of the strip. The sheer size does mean you have to walk a lot depending on which tower you stay, and to the self car parking garage. The rooms itself were huge. I got the Augustus tower on floor 36 with a beautiful view of the strip road. The prices within the hotel were obscene however. The fact that parking is $20 dollars is genuinely crazy. They’ve practically outpriced any average traveller and has become crazy expensive throughout the city. Aswell as the prices in the rooms for a single bottle of water $8!!! The casinos were great and had a great atmosphere there (although I left with a net loss of $1200 😧) All in all, it was a great trip, and I can finally say, I stayed at Caesars Palace!!!!

It's amazing what you've done with the old hotel!!!!!! It is IMMACULATE and QUIET! The foods are FANTASTIC!!!!! You have fuly changed all the areas! It's like a new building!!!!! BUT! ROOM INFO! My room did NOT have a central ceiling light fixture with a fan. It did NOT have an ALARM CLOCK. It did NOT have a microwave. MY SHOWER: (1) door was on rollers, the other was FIXED. BUT. The plumbing stuff to turn on the water AND the shower were behind the fixed glass window, SO you have to get INTO the shower and go to the fixtures and turn it on then turn the shower on WHILE you were standing UNDER it! Whenever you turn on a shower, the old water still in it is usually chilly and THEN it warms up. DIDN'T LIKE IT AT ALL!!!!!! OTHER than that, everything else was excellent!!!!! THanks! JP

We came up for Hot August Nights, because they do have a dedicated parking area for show participants. We do appreciate that! In the parking garage, there were several spots of urine that were there for the duration of our four days. Maybe the pressure wash that once in a while? Wait for rain? At check-in, the front desk lady seemed to hate her life or job or being friendly in general. Her responses were short and rude. The room had a nice view of the pool area and it was a pretty view at night. But, to see the view you have to wrestle with two sets of curtains which was tough. I had to stand in the chair and grab the curtains from the top to move them. The beds were comfortable, so that's a plus. The bathroom was outdated, the shower head hits you in the chest, but would be perfect height for a 4'8” child. The shower curtain rod was coming off the wall on one side, I did let the front desk guy know at checkout. Restaurants were great, lots of choices between the three ”resorts” in the Row. There was a small in room fridge to put our leftovers in, and drinks. Their is a Keurig coffee pot, if you want cream in your coffee you'll want to call and ask for more! Overall, this was an ok stay for what we needed. But, for a grand for 3 nights I think we will be staying somewhere else next year, where we know everything has been upgraded.

TTamuWe just spent three nights at the Hilton Lake Las Vegas and I have very mixed feelings about our stay. On the plus side, the property itself is beautiful. The exterior, lobby, and common areas are impressive, with lots of decorative touches and fancy lighting. You can tell this used to be a true five-star resort. We also got a great rate on our room and, at face value, were very happy with it. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was our bathroom shower. On the second night, the shower stopped working properly — it wouldn’t turn fully on or off and was stuck at an uncomfortable lukewarm temperature. We discovered this late at night and had to stay up waiting for engineers to come repair it. They did fix it, and we were able to shower in the morning and go about our day. The next day, New Year’s Eve, we returned to the room after being out for about five hours and immediately heard a piercing squeal in the hallway. The sound was coming from our suite. When I opened the double doors to the bathroom, the room was filled with hot steam. It appeared that housekeeping had turned on the shower to clean and then couldn’t turn it off; it was blasting extremely hot water at full force. We had the same issue again: no one could stop it. Getting help the second time was difficult. There was a shift change and the hotel was clearly focused on New Year’s Eve festivities. With limited time to get ready, my husband and I ended up having to go shower in the spa (which, thankfully, was still open). By the time we got back, the shower had been fixed again, but the whole situation was a huge inconvenience and took a long time to resolve. Honestly, this room should not have been assigned to anyone given the state of the shower. To the staff’s credit, everyone we interacted with was kind and tried to be as helpful as they could. No one was rude. Management did offer compensation for the trouble: • One free night (which we accepted) • Waived our resort fees (which we accepted) • Complimentary breakfast (which we didn’t use) However, our visit to the spa highlighted further maintenance issues: • The steam rooms in both the men’s and women’s areas weren’t working at all. • The women’s spa pool had only one working jet; the men’s side didn’t work at all. • The water was more lukewarm than warm. • I liked the sauna, but towels and flip-flops that were left there on my first visit were still there the next day, which made me question how often it’s cleaned. • The shower in the sauna area was out of order, the bathrobes didn’t have matching ties, and the slippers in the women’s area were initially male-sized. • Both the main outdoor pool and the hot tub were closed. Given how many amenities were unavailable or not functioning, the $32.50 per night resort fee feels very steep. There were also some basic room and building issues: • A loose wooden board under the sink, barely held on by a screw, fell off and landed on my husband’s foot while he was getting ready. • Many areas of the hotel, especially the guest room hallways and the walk from the parking garage to the lobby, smelled strongly of rotten eggs. It seemed like a sewage issue that someone tried to mask with heavy fragrance, which honestly made it worse. Overall, this is a property with a lot of potential and a gorgeous exterior, and we appreciated the staff’s kindness and the attempt to make things right with a free night. But the maintenance problems, plumbing issues, spa disrepair, resort fee, and pervasive odor made our stay far less relaxing than we had hoped. With serious investment in repairs and upkeep, this could be an amazing hotel again—but right now, it falls short of what the Hilton name and resort fees suggest.

TTamuI was a little worried when I exited the freeway and immediately found myself driving through a large homeless encampment. However, it was confined to that one block. The hotel itself does not have homeless hanging outside or milling around. There is a parking garage, but if your vehicle is taller than 68” you won’t be able to use it. Instead, you’ll have to park in the immediate adjacent covered spaces (none available when we got there at 10:00); but there’s another outdoor lot that was never full on the other side of the hotel- accessible by foot by either walking through the casino or outside about ½ block. Your hotel room key will get you in and out of the outdoor lots and garage. Hotel staff and security are very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean, but I have asthma so walking through the smokey casino was difficult. I forgot that Vegas is still stuck in the 70’s when it comes to indoor smoking. We had a room on the 9th floor. There are 4 good sized elevators that arrive quickly and they are clean and don’t smell. Our room was clean, but no coffee maker and no microwave. There is a small mini fridge- really small. There’s a hairdryer on the wall by the sink. Adequate water pressure in the shower. Enough counter space on both sides of the sink for bathroom items. Shower has soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers- I forgot to let management know that the conditioner was pretty much jammed, but I was able to get some out with a lot of pumping. Queen beds were comfortable. Very thin “blanket” so if you’re with someone who cranks the AC up, you’ll need a better blanket. The AC unit was a bit loud but I usually have white noise playing to get to sleep so it was good for me. Our room overlooked the freeway and industrial area so we did have freeway noise- again not an issue for me. I liked the shutters instead of drapes. Floors could do away with the carpeting in the rooms. We didn’t watch any television but there is one. Surrounding area: Mob Museum is across the street. So is Fremont Street which has some of the oldest hotels and Binions where you can take a photo with a stack of money- I think it’s 1 million dollars. The California Hotel across the street caters to Hawaiians. You’ll find great Hawaiian food there. They also have the pool for Main Street use- can’t comment because I didn’t use it. What I learned today when we headed home is that there’s a Costco (needed gas) 5 minutes away & the escape rooms that my friend said we should check out (we didn’t have time). There is a fantastic breakfast place 2 blocks down that is always busy. Hash House. If it’s packed, go to the bar to order takeout. Takes 15 minutes and you can grab a table in the food court 100 feet away.

TTamuSaya tidak menemukan satu pun kekurangan di hotel ini. Lokasinya sangat strategis, tepat di luar kawasan The Strip. Anda bisa naik monorel dan menikmati pemandangan yang menakjubkan, terutama di malam hari. Monorel memiliki stasiun di hotel. Pemesanan dan check-in mudah. ​​Parkir mandiri 10 dolar per hari. Proses check in mudah & stafnya sangat membantu. Mereka bahkan memeriksa catatan yang dikirim kepada mereka melalui pihak ketiga untuk permintaan & sangat membantu dengan itu. Satu hal yang mengecewakan adalah penyimpanan bagasi setelah check out. Hanya satu orang yang melakukan semuanya yang konyol untuk akhir pekan yang sibuk, oleh karena itu menciptakan antrean & waktu tunggu yang panjang!
