One of the better hotels in Ternate. It was very clean, quite rare in Ternate. Blankets are duvets with covers on. Hot shower that works, toilet seats you'll be happy to sit on. Good sized bedrooms, good lighting, have windows. But the window of the single room we stayed in faces the hallway for maintenance/staff access, so privacy is a little compromised. The sheer curtain helps a little. Smoke free room. Breakfast is good with snacks and rice/noodles, vegetable stir fry, chicken dish and two choices of fruit, fresh tea and coffee. Staff are friendly and offered help with luggage. Prices for room service are reasonable. Good location for the airport and local amenities.

The location should be in the city center, the environment is so-so, there are mosques next to it, foreigners are not very thin, the sanitary conditions are so-so, there is a shopping mall below.

King bed room on the 5th floor. The room is quite small. The window of the room faces the back of the hotel, and there is a smelly ditch behind it. Facilities: The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is very good. You can order food at any time at noon and evening.

the hotel is in a location close to several restaurants such as pizza hut and the fire field bakso,so it is quite easy to find dinner.the furniture is a bit old and the chairs are stained. For 1 night only it's ok, but many other hotel options if it's not sold out yet. But front desk service is good, helping to store things in the refrigerator.

Far from everything, it is a small corner of ”luxury” for tourists. The rooms are dilapidated and the breakfast leaves something to be desired given the lack of diversity. The staff is very pleasant and will gladly help you if you have a problem. Requires a means of transport.
