The location is a little bit out of the city centre, however it is a walkable distance. Luggage storage is available, but it may be better to communicate with them earlier. On the day of check in, there is a form for you to choose your breakfast. There is a lot of options for breakfast. And breakfast will deliver to your room at the time that you chose. There is kitchen in the room with hob. Also a changing room with a tall mirror in the room. However, the room looks a little bit old, maybe this is how cave house look like. The hotel separated to 2 buildings. Swimming pool is available in both buildings. There is a window that is not covered on top of my shower area and it is unreachable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it, especially for travelers looking for convenience and great service. The location is excellent—right next to the Fira central bus station, which makes it the perfect hub for exploring all parts of Santorini. Just a short walk away, there’s a lively street full of food stalls and local snacks. Although the hotel does not have a 24-hour reception, they are very accommodating. I informed them in advance about my late-night arrival due to a delayed flight, and a staff member kindly stayed up to wait for me until 1:00 AM. The hotel provides a secure main entrance with a passcode lock, so even if you return late at night when the reception is closed, you can still enter easily and safely. Upon check-in, I received a detailed welcome card that explained everything I needed to know about the stay, including the Wi-Fi password, breakfast hours, and checkout instructions. The self-serve breakfast was simple but just right for me—served in a clean and comfortable dining area. What really stood out was the staff. No matter who was on duty, they were always warm, welcoming, and ready to help. Their kindness made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, considering the comfort, location, and service, this hotel offers great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

All the receptionists and restaurant staff were kind, friendly and spoke slowly to us who are not good at English! The room was very clean and the amenities were abundant, and the sea looked beautiful from the terrace! There were also two pools! It was about 10 minutes from the bus stop of Fira and it was very good.

From the alley (cars can't enter) walk about a few minutes to this B&B hotel built on the mountain. After entering the yellowish gate, there are intermittent steps from the top to the bottom. The hotel's own environment is good, but the surrounding environment is average. Close to the right and front (below) are some similar B&B hotels. My room is at the bottom of the hotel, with a small yard, tables and chairs, entering the room is a cave design, the room is quite large, there is a small kitchen, cabinets with small electric stove, small pot, plate, knife and fork, hot water bottle, refrigerator, etc. Breakfast is served in the fridge in advance, with a pot of juice, a few slices of bread, two slices of ham, two slices of cheese.

The scenery is unbeatable. The advantage of this area is that there are not so many stairs like Fira and Oia Luggage needs to be moved up and down. The service staff are very friendly There are also many cute cats

Great location, 5-10 minutes from beach, moto rental and many restaurants. Short walk to the port and town area. Loved the owners and daily breakfast was amazing! Stayed for 5 nights and would 100% stay here again next time we are in Naxos. Huge room with separate living room and having a balcony was lovely. Bath products 10/10!

The hotel is very clean, well-equipped, the rooms are comfortable, and the location is excellent. There are restaurants and bus stops downstairs, which is very convenient! The hotel staff are very welcoming and friendly! Although the room had to go up one flight of stairs, the hotel staff found someone to help us move it up! Thumbs up!

Perfect hotel choice~extremely cost-effective, for the extremely expensive Mi Island, this hotel is really great! Balcony with sunset 🌅view It's really super chill to lie by the pool Last night the hotel also had a special dinner with piano concert 5 courses with careful coocking, the standard and price are really much better than Paris! The whole meal made me high and cured The hotel staff are also very nice and provide a lot of help I also rented a quad from them directly for a day and it was great The breakfast is invincible I don't quite understand the wiring of the light switch in the room, but anyway Who cares! Really recommend!
