We had to upgrade to a king room as the standard double beds are not big enough for two people. The bedding was very uncomfortable and the pillows were just awful - unacceptable when so many good options are available.
The room we stayed in was pretty ‘tired’ and there were no plug sockets near the bed to charge phones, which is infuriating.
The picture on trip.com site is far different from the present state. Initially, we thought we've missed our way. Facility so old with minimal maintenance. Bird poo on the window, heater not working. Just a staff at a point so could not leave the reception to come check the radiator. Eventually someone came after an hour and we're given a mobile heater since the one in the room was not working.
Suitable for car people No car should not choose this environment, but just went out and met a woman who was in a bad mood in front of my room. When I came back at night, I saw her sitting in the parking lot outside the hotel. The service staff was only polite. The room was clean. There were only crackers left in the room.
The hotel rooms are large and have all the necessary facilities. The staff are friendly. The elevators are frequently repaired during your stay, so you have to take the stairs. There are many restaurants and restaurants nearby, and supermarkets are not far away. The marina is walking distance. Overall, the price/performance ratio is very high.
It is located outside the city center so it's more suitable for guests with cars. There are plenty of car parks outside the hotel.
I didn't drive and had to either take a walk or the bus to the city center. It's a 20 minute walk along the promenade of Harbour Tennant to the restaurants and pubs at Wind Street. The city center was only another 10 minutes away.
The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd have no hesitation to stay in there again.
It's hard to describe in one sentence. If you have enough budget, choose carefully. The room may have been unoccupied for a long time. The air conditioner is broken. I asked the room service for an electric heater, but it was still very cold. Later, I asked for another one. The room was warmer after several hours. The shower water in the bathroom is very small, which affects the speed and mood of bathing. The door safety lock is broken, so I moved the table over to hold the door. The only comforting thing is the front desk service. I arrived more than an hour early, and the beautiful staff helped me check in in advance, and gave me a room on the top floor according to my wishes, with a good view. Later, they helped to deliver the electric heater to the room twice. When checking out, I temporarily stored my luggage at the front desk, and the staff also helped me deal with it very enthusiastically.
Hurry up and renovate it😥
We’ve stayed in this hotel lots of times but it now needs some refurbishing.
The areas all look tired including the bedroom and bathroom.
We had a superior room overlooking the lake but one window was completely steamed up blocking some of the view.
The toilet wouldn’t flush properly and the corridors are all scruffy.
Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is excellent. Lots of choice.
Parking is easy
So lots of good points. Just needs some TLC
The morning in the UK really can't stand it. There are too many meats and the cakes are sweet. The only thing that interests me is that the coffee there is really delicious and tastes pure. In general, the Chinese stomach can't stand the British ingredients. There is also a long interval between buses, which is really inconvenient. Perhaps the flow in the small area of Swansea is not large, so the starting distance is long, but the car is in excellent condition.
The hotel is just next to the railway station, great location. The service is good as well. The room is clean and warm. However, WiFi is very very slow.
The location is very good, just outside the train station, about 500 meters from the city center. The service staff responded quickly, but the internet speed was very slow.

GGuest UserAbsolutely love it here. Easy to walk from train station with luggage. Quite center with everything. The common spaces was good too. Receptionist was good too and explained well how to explore swansea. They have a big map on the second floor and just scan barcode on it. Food also easy to get. Quite easy to go the beach bay and can actually use many routes from here. I loved the views so much. Will book again here and hire bicycle too.

WWongStaff are good. Friendly and helpful.
They help me to store luggage voluntarily.
I am very grateful. The place are clean and tidy.
The room settings are good. The furniture are well
Placed and with taste. I don’t have breakfast this time. But it looks very freaks with variety. Must try next time.
