Pas de salé au petit déjeuner le dimanche matin.
Manque d'hygiène pour le pain. Tout le monde le touche pour pouvoir le couper.
Chambre lit oriente face a la fenêtre avec balcon traversant. Tout le monde profite des vues sur chambre.
Aucune climatisation, il faisait très chaud mais impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre le monde passe sur le balcon.
Dommage le cadre verdoyant extérieur est sympa.
Fortement déçus.

The location is great, very central and the paid parking garage is very close by. Even though we had booked with parking, parking apparently was full. The hotel as such is pleasant but outdated and needs a refurbishing. The door between hotel room and aisle is not insulating at all so you can hear any conversation outside. Beds are not great but ok. What we did like was the ability to drop off our luggage at the storage room.

我們到歐洲自駕遊的旅途中在這裏留下了深刻的美好印象。酒店內裝飾具有法蘭西傳統藝術風格，古樸中流露着浪漫與熱情。前台的帥哥更是給予我們很熱情親切的接待，先讓我們看了房間，介紹了生活設施。房間用品都很乾凈，暖氣也很熱，這對於冬季自駕遊的我們來説很重要。酒店的位置距離商業中心很近，環境幽靜，交通便利。周圍還有大型超市，購物也非常便利。院內有寬敞的停車場，還是免費的，晚上要關閉院落大門，因此給人安全感。我們很喜歡這家酒店，原來訂1天，後來又續訂1天。由於大意，在續訂時我們發生了重複下單的失誤，帥哥為我們及時糾正，避免了損失。
選擇這家酒店，是我們旅途中的一次幸運。祝酒店生意興隆！聖誕快樂！

Saya sangat menikmati masa inap saya. Kamarnya bagus; hanya sayang rangka tempat tidurnya agak sobek, padahal secara estetika bagus. Stafnya sangat ramah dan menjelaskan layanannya dengan baik. Saya mendapatkan perawatan, pijat khas hotel. Perawatannya sangat baik, dan kamarnya sangat menenangkan. Setibanya di sana, Anda akan diberikan tas sambutan kecil gratis. Dan jika Anda tidak ingin kamar dibersihkan setiap hari, mereka akan memasang kejutan kecil di gagang pintu di pagi hari, yang sangat saya hargai.
Saya akan merekomendasikan hotel ini kepada teman dan keluarga saya karena saya sangat puas.

Hôtel bien situer , chambre correcte literie à revoir trop vétuste fait du bruit et peu agréable pour le dos. Pas de couverture en plus selon les saisons.
Tarif sans remise trop cher pour la prestation
Heureusement sur le site trip. Com la chambre reste abordable à ça juste valeur.

Goede bedden, kamer schoon, lokatie niet mooi, maar heel handig op doorreis. Vriendelijk personeel maar ook minpunten: sauna deed het niet, telefoon buiten werking. tv deed het pas nadat we zelf de stekker uit het stopcontact hadden gehaald en ergens onder een plank weer aangesloten hadden. Er was geen handzeep en geen douchegel / geen shampoo. Te weinig toiletpapier. Ontbijt karig voor de prijs van €18,-.

When I booked the rate given was EUR 108 inclusive of tax, and to pay at property. I did not include breakfast.
However, when I arrived they charged my EUR 145.
No details printed.
They only send me the invoice via email after I have left the hotel. Then only i realized the amount was different and they added breakfast without telling me!
We didn't take any breakfast as I assume it was how I booked earlier via Trip.com.

This hotel is perfectly located, right in the city center of Mulhouse. The staff is very friendly and responsive, which made the stay even more pleasant.
The breakfast buffet is good, although the variety could be improved a bit. The room was very comfortable, with clean sheets and everything you need. There were a few signs of moisture or mold in the kitchen area, but that’s understandable due to frequent use—especially if you plan to cook there.
Parking can be a bit tricky to find nearby, but overall, I highly recommend this place for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Mulhouse.

PPorcupine12tradeI was traveling with my daughter (youth). Our priority for hotel is location, near train station and safe for 2 female travelers. Le Grand’s location is fantastic, right opposite the train station and beside walking streets, everything was within walking distance. Take the local metro was also very convenient as it’s just at the main train station. The breakfast buffet was also good.

DDancyhTerletak agak jauh (10 menit jalan kaki) dari stasiun utama. Apartemennya cukup tua dan rusak. Namun, kamarnya bersih. Benar-benar perlu perbaikan pada pertukangan dan tempat tidur. Pencahayaan agak redup di kamar.
Kamar mandi cukup bersih, tetapi dudukan kepala pancuran kamar mandi rusak.
Bagus karena memiliki oven microwave dan kompor. Bisa memasak sederhana.
Tempat tidur tambahan untuk menginap semalam cukup bagus, tetapi tidak sepadan dengan harga yang dibayarkan, kemungkinan karena periode puncak Natal.

TTamuThe hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel.
Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours.
The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch.
That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

TTamuHad a change of plans and was not able to make this trip to Reims and therefore wanted to try cancel with Trip.com despite booking a non cancellable reservation. In the end, it was sadly not possible as the parties involved were unwilling to be accommodating so in the end I had to rearrange my schedule to avoid losing USD 200.
The gentleman at the front desk when we arrived was friendly and welcoming. He suggested we use the entrance with the ramp to bring up our luggage instead of the more conspicuous swing doors.
The room was on 6F and was ok. For the price I was hoping for more space. There is a weird shelf ledge against the wall where the TV is that was spanning across multiple walls that was annoying and dangerous since it was set at around 1.5 meters high off the ground. I bumped my shoulder a few times so it really is a hazard and should be removed if it isn’t purposeful.
The room is otherwise furnished in a modern and simple way. Wooden floors and plain wall tiles make it look clean and well kept.
The LED lighting strips in the walls and ceiling are distracting and would be better to be removed. It’s hard to watch TV with the glare and reflections off the flatscreen.
Minimal amenities and breakfast not included. Shower pressure was not strong and so I took longer than usual.
All in all, I would imagine this to be 20-30% cheaper for what was on offer in terms of experience and furnishings.

Pertama-tama, resepsionis sangat ramah dan baik hati, dan studio besar hotel sangat bersih dan nyaman, tempat tidur sangat nyaman dan bisa tidur nyenyak, dapur lengkap dengan semua yang dibutuhkan untuk memasak makan siang atau makan malam. Hotel memiliki satu kolam renang tetapi kami tidak menggunakannya karena bukan waktunya untuk berenang. Lokasi hotel sangat bagus, Anda bisa berbelanja di Saint Louis dan langsung pergi ke stasiun Frontiere (yang berjarak 100 meter dari hotel) dengan bus 604 ke E. Leclerc Saint Louis (halte bus 10), di sana Anda dapat menemukan banyak toko khusus Prancis. Dari hotel ke Basel sangat dekat dengan kota Basel dan stasiun kereta Bahnhof dengan trem 11. Kami membayar tiket mingguan selama 7 hari seharga 45 Franc per orang untuk Basel dan seluruh Zona Basel dan tiket seharga 47 Franc per orang untuk Zürich. untuk pergi dan pulang. Waktu berlalu sangat cepat dan ada banyak tempat wisata di mana-mana. Hotel Adagio tentu saja merupakan salah satu tempat yang akan saya rekomendasikan kepada pelanggan lain.
