When parking, there was a special person to pull the car door and take the luggage. The housekeeper, Miss Shu Yi, was even more considerate and accompanied me all the way, making people feel like spring breeze. The hotel lobby is elegant and extraordinary, and the transportation is convenient. Xiao Xiang at the front desk checked in quickly and efficiently, and also helped to upgrade the room. While waiting, Miss Shu Yi immediately brought hot tea, which instantly dispelled the fatigue of the journey. After arriving in the room, the unique style and cleanliness make people feel comfortable. The large floor-to-ceiling windows have a wide view, and the smart facilities are all available. The voice control is super convenient. The high-end products such as Lefen hair dryer and smart toilet show the boss's good taste. What's more surprising is that the hotel also includes three meals, breakfast, supper, and afternoon tea, which are delicious and exquisite. Her kindness and dedication continued as she helped us order takeout and waited for our food to arrive. The next morning, she reminded us of breakfast time and gifted us a thoughtful farewell present. Her exceptional service is a testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence. The hotel was booked a week in advance, and the hotel manager added WeChat early and sent me some tips. On the day of check-in, afternoon tea was delivered to the room. The hotel is located in the downtown area, and those who drive here can park in the underground parking lot. There are also marked parking spaces on both sides of the road (charges apply). The home appliance hardware facilities are very new, focusing on smart home. Room facilities can be controlled by voice, and services such as meal delivery are provided by robots. The hotel provides free drinks and purified water, which is very nice. After leaving the store, they also sent me souvenirs, which made me feel very warm.

There is no luxurious feel at all, the carpets are dirty, the bedding is uncomfortable, and the lights are dim. Don't be fooled by the photos, the room facilities are not well maintained. Breakfast ended at 9 o'clock, and when we arrived at 8:30, there was nothing to eat. The breakfast in this old hotel should be very good. Very poor value for money. The advantage is that the location is very good. When you go out, you can walk a few steps to Mao Zedong Square and the Memorial Hall, as well as Mao Zedong's former residence, which is very close on foot. Parking is easy.

Honestly I cannot praise the wonderful staff here enough. From the moment we arrived, mid torrential rain, the staff and their service was impeccable - rushing out in the rain to grab our luggage. The wonderful ladies at reception made the trip to Zhangjiajie smooth, organising car rides to and from the entrance of the national park, helping book tickets, and giving great sight seeing advice. They even helped us order food deliveries on some of the late nights we got back. On the last day I lost my AirPods, well they were taken/stolen during my time in the park by someone - and the staff were very helpful in trying to sort out a police report etc. Again, the service here is second to none and I cannot praise it enough. The hotel itself is modern, quiet and clean. The room was a good size too. The breakfast was also decent, offering a range of selections. I have no pictures of the hotel itself sadly but here’s some of the area over the past four days.
