Room is clean and comfortable. 4 free water bottles in room and 2 cans of cola/sprite. Free breakfast. Free light meal during 20:30-21:30. Near Luoyang Longmen high speed station. You may hear some noise as the trains arrive the station. A convenience store close to the hotel. A bit far from luoyi old town but easy to take taxi/didi to it. Overall is it is very good hotel.

I stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Zhengzhou for a night after arriving late from the airport. Overall, the hotel was good—clean and comfortable. However, the location wasn’t very convenient, as there weren’t many markets nearby for grocery shopping. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. But for a short stay, it was a decent choice.

Perfect location, just 2-3 minutes walking distance to metro station. Room is okay, the internet connection is fine. Shower and toilet are okay too. No wardrobe, only 3-4 open clothes-hanger, which might be difficult. And just at the entrence of Luoyi Ancient City. Walls are super thin. People in China mostly wake up quite early and they are very loud-voiced… The breakfast is a bit poor, but okay. They do not have fork and knife for foreign visitors. You should being yours if you are not good with sticks. They should have a few ones. No English speaking personal at the reception, but they handle.

Service was great. I really appreciate the service staff at the concierge who helped me, even after I have left the office and the country. There was a problem with my package delivery where the merchant refused to accept the return. She really went above and beyond to help! Room was clean and I enjoyed the swing in the room! Lots of restaurants nearby and there was a spa next door, which we unfortunately didn't have the time to go to. We had dinner at the restaurant next to the hotel and the food was delicious. The free airport transfer was super convenient. Will definitely choose to stay here again!

The hotel even provided us shuttle to the airport. Amazing and understanding staff. I would say that carry some good cash since they charge quit high security deposit. They will return it the same way you pay. I paid through card so it came back 4 days after I returned home.

The room we stayed at JW Marriott for one night. It had serious smoke odor. We asked for another room. They were at capacity so, they were unable to accommodate our request. They sent an air purifier to accommodate us. It helped slightly. Breakfast was amazing. The lobby for check in is on the 38th floor. If you drive, make sure to get familiar with the parking situations. Our friends drove a big car and the entrance and exits into the parking lot were tight. Plan to have a zen mind set when you have a car. There are shops around the manmade lake for late treats. Check them out.

The room is clean and tidy, the service attitude is serious!Close to the high-speed rail station, the river view room is particularly beautiful!The hotel is very comfortable, the front desk service staff are very good, especially sherry helped me solve the problem during the stay, thank you very much. The hotel is very close to the East Railway Station, 10 minutes walk to the hotel, and the check-in experience is really good. Kudos to the ladies at the front desk.

We loved our stay here! Room was very cosy, everything was clean and new. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were great! The location is also just perfect, you have everything you need near the hotel and the view is great. There’s street market with various delicious meals opening every night at the square just in front of the hotel. We had a great time there!

Room a bit small as there's limited space to open big luggage suitcase. Room and bathroom are very clean and comfortable. Comfortable bed and pillows. Close to tourist attractions in the old town area and easy to go around the other places of interest Vis public transportation. Breakfast is buffet with local and western choices. Friendly staff. Would come back again.

They are all over China, in excellent locations and I KNOW they will be clean and modern without leaky showers or stinky carpet or smokers in the lift. On top of this, the staff are extraordinary in an ”I got you' way. By this I mean you can feel confident they will go above and beyond to make you comfortable, for example handing me a bottle of water as soon as I arrived with loads of bags on a sweltering day, being patient with my sucky Mandarin and really trying in English. Best facilities. Every thing o could want in the room and wanted I didn’t have they were quick to get for me. Impeccable service. Top notch. Only complaint was it was diffficult for a non speaking foreigner to locate. Actual building name was marked in area signs as La casa. On apple map was different and none was the same as name in trip. But a friendly person helped me to the door the first time Andes then I was good. Really loved the room. Close to the hensn museum by taxi. Far from there parks (which I should have skipped anyway). Did I say how great the staff service was? 😁❤️🙏

Very good hotel with good value. Will definitely stay again. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Clean and spacious rooms. Special thanks to Miss Gao for attending to all our needs. The only complaint is it would be better if they can switch up for the daily breakfast menu.

Booked one night as our flight arrived too late for our onward journey. Hotel arranged to pick us up from the 4th floor of the airport and it was quite straight forward, despite the snow storm. Hotel was very close to the airport. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Arrived late and left early so not much else to say except it’s a very convenient hotel for an overnight stopover if you have a late or early flight.

Absolutely nothing to complain about,.almost perfect place to stay in . Cleaniness is no.1 , location is at the door step where most tourist wanted to go especially at night . Newly renovated with high technology taps and shower so please asked how to operate the very new technology system otherwise will be thinking there is no hot water. Confirm you will have a good stay.

Amazing, perfect!! Stayed here for 6 nights with my aunt on a holiday to Luo Yang. We initially booked for 3 nights but extended further when we arrived. Everything was amazing - the hosts are very warm and helpful, room is modern and clean, amazing breakfast included, beautiful view over the river. The location is perfect - a short walk to the old town, a little quieter oasis away from the crowds and easier to get taxis to other sites and museums. The hotel helped us to book a one day trip to Lao Jun mountain, the travel agency was organized and everything went very smoothly- we had a great time! Some very nice extra touches like snacks in the room, daily cleaning service and hanfu clothing you can wear around town - included in the room. Would highly recommend!!!

Excellent hostel. I’ve visited more than 20 cities around China, and this hostel has the best leisure facilities: two large pool tables (the one on the left is really good), a big screen for movies and classic “Fred Quimby” Tom & Jerry, plus a gaming screen and handsets. They sell strong Trappist beers. Okay, the fridges with beers in should be a lot colder than they are, but at least for strong beer like Trappist beer, this doesn’t matter.  There is a 100-yuan deposit on arriving, but as promised this was repaid into the account it was paid from at midday (12:07). The woman boss has excellent local down-to-earth, great-quality food tips. They only speak a little English at the front desk, but they’re very quick and efficient at translating from Chinese to English on their phones. They have a rule I’ve never come across before after traveling very many countries: the washing machine can’t be used for underwear! But I remonstrated with them and they waived this rule. The beds have curtains for privacy. When I arrived, the room was too warm and stuffy, but they agreed to turn down the cooling system a little for the whole hostel to help.

Great hotel in a great central location. Hotel is modern and clean. Rooms are well appointed, quiet, extremely clean and beds and beddings very comfortable. Breakfast has just the right balance between variety and quality. Front desk organized a tour for me to Longmen Grottoes and Shaolin Temple without any hassle. It's a short 10 to 15 minutes Didi ride to just about anywhere in Luoyang and I enjoyed the food court at the mall just across the road from the hotel. Will definitely stay again if I'm in Luoyang.

Luoyang International Hotel is worthy of the old five-star rating: 1. Environment: It was renovated last year, and the combination of modern simplicity and regional culture is appropriate. This is the first hotel I stayed in when I came to Zhengzhou. The airport pick-up and drop-off service was on time, which was exactly what the guests needed. Xiaochen at the front desk was polite, warm and thoughtful, and always cared about what the guests wanted. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the room layout is elegant and romantic, providing guests with a pleasant place to stay. The restaurant's breakfast is rich and varied, offering delicious food. Will continue to choose this hotel!

Best hotel that i've ever stayed in term of service. The people work at the front deck are so nice. They helped me & my grandma a lot from booking tickets to sightseeing area to booking taxi. Due to them, our trip went smoothly & my grandma had have a great time there. Thank you very much for your help 🥰.

The environment of this hotel is very elegant and comfortable, the rooms are clean and tidy, the room facilities are complete, the beds are comfortable, and people feel very safe to stay in. The hotel has convenient transportation, and there is a subway entrance not far away. Fei's service is warm and thoughtful.

We had a great experience! The front desk (No. 10, 11, 13) are very friendly and are easy to understand. The airport shuttle drivers (No. 15, 16) are awesome. We took the shuttle multiple times to the airport and the driver arrived on time, dropped us off on time, and he was patient. We have to drop off our grandma at the airport at midnight and back to the hotel after, we really appreciate the shuttle driver working late just to complete our trip.
