The Valhalla Hotel is the best accommodation choice to St Gallen, just opposite the exit of the train station and a minute walk with large luggage. Compared with other hotels in Switzerland, the room is very large, the decoration is comfortable, the elevator is spacious, the breakfast is quite good, the service attitude is very good, but unfortunately, I booked it for one day, and the next day I had to move to a hotel starting with M next to it. I immediately regretted why I didn’t set it for two days. Because the contrast is too big. I highly recommend everyone to come to St. Gallen to stay at the Valhalla Hotel, the price is very high, and it can be said that you live next to the train station the only choice! Not one of them!

The location is a bit remote, in the suburbs, but everything else is OK. If you have a Swiss pass, you can stay here. The service is OK, but you are not allowed to check in early, but you can store your luggage. There is a big supermarket nearby.

Nice new hotel. Unfortunately, nothing compares to Moxy in a big city. The 24 hour reception is more like a porter's bell at night. The road to the underground car park is not signposted, but it saved me 30 CHF. That's too high. There are public parking spaces around, around 12.- at night.

As always good choice for a business trip! Leak point is the breakfast, but if are used to a simple coffee and croissant, it can work for you. Anyway the cappuccino is super!

I have stayed here many times and it is always a high quality hotel. The service, cleanliness and breakfast were impeccable, and the staff were very welcoming. Highly recommended.

You can enjoy the lake and mountains in the room, the beauty is to the extreme, and it is a perfect experience. The service staff is very warm and friendly, the room is clean and tidy, and it is deliberately decorated with a little romance. So willing to share, so that more people can experience the beauty.

Stayed in a two-bedroom suite for two days, the room and service were good, punched in the Michelin Samsung restaurant memory, great! The hot spring is also very big and comfortable! The only dissatisfaction is that the indoor heated swimming pool is told that it cannot swim, and the children are allowed to go to the outdoor pool, but the outdoor pool is very small, the water temperature is cold, and it can’t swim at all. The original words of the pool management are used by this pool to relax, but this is a standard pool. Can you soak in the water and can't move? If you want to relax, why not go to the hot spring next to it? It says that the swimming pool is not allowed to swim, and you can't understand it! If the hotel feels that the indoor pool is not suitable for swimming, then the outdoor pool can be repaired a little bigger, so the problem will be solved. After all, in addition to the hot spring, there are still guests who hope to take a good swim!

The room is small, the facilities are average, the pillows are only one 𠆤, and the price is not very high. The advantage is that the breakfast room is very beautiful, one step away from the St. Gallen Station.

The accommodation is very well located, near the city centre. The rooms are very clean. When booking via a platform something had not been successful, the support has solved the problem immediately and then I could check in without a chance. I didn't find a furnace. A small waste pad in the room would also be good. Pictures are not hanging in the room... it is very spartanian and cool furnished. But would book again at any time if needed. Price for 1 night absolutely OK! There is a large and modern parking (Einstein). For short-term parking it is very expensive. From 16:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. I paid 45 CHF.

This hotel is pretty good. There is a female clerk with an Asian face who hates the bad reviews. She looks impatient and dreadful. The other white people are very polite and friendly. The overall service level in Switzerland is still very good

The overall comfort and relaxation, the breakfast room is facing the direction of Boden Lake, there is a hillside grassland behind the hotel that takes three to five minutes to walk around, and the morning run and evening walk. (35 degrees lasts until nine o'clock in the evening, indoors are usually hotter than outdoors.) The breakfast is quite satisfactory and acceptable. But there is no sense of being served by the waiter at all.

Die persönliche Kommunikation ist ausbaufähig in den Zeiträumen, wenn das Personal vor Ort ist. Die Website sollte angepasst werden. zB. das Frühstück Samstag, Sonntag ist nicht mehr in der Sagibeiz, jedoch nach wie vor so angepriesen. Der Fernseher ist ohne Gebrauchsanweisung nur für EDV-Cracks problemlos nutzbar. Es sollte für jeden Gast eine Zutrittskarte ins Zimmer, resp. ins Hotel vorhanden sein, auch für Paare.  Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Im Bereich des Schlafes wäre es gut, auch kleinere und weniger schwere Kissen vorzufinden.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, featuring a large living room with a balcony. It was clean and tidy, and we appreciated having two televisions in the room. Although we booked a room with lake views, the view was somewhat limited. On the 3rd floor, you can barely see the lake, and even on the 4th floor, the view is only partial. However, this was not a major issue for us. One thing to note is that the bathroom walls and doors do not extend fully to the ceiling and floor, leaving gaps at the top and bottom. While this design looks fine, it means there is no proper ventilation in the bathroom, so any odors can easily spread into the room. The hotel operates on a self check-in system. We contacted the staff before our arrival, and the check-in process went smoothly despite a minor hiccup with the payment. The staff were very responsive and resolved the issue immediately when we called. For those who want to enjoy the beautiful lake view, there is a podium on the 7th or 8th floor, which is a nice place to take in the surroundings. However, we were quite disappointed with the breakfast experience. The choices were limited, and the most troubling part was the presence of numerous flies. There were at least 10-20 flies flying around, which made us uncomfortable and led us to leave the restaurant with an unfilled stomach. Just thinking about it gives me goosebumps. Aside from the breakfast issue, the hotel is quiet and lovely.

Hotel location is perfect and nearby have everything we need. Also it was good to go Heididorf and Zurich. The staff were all nice and helpful. Recommend it!

Out of the ordinary! The dream of a hotel. Plus service, food, arrangement... it's just enjoyment! Even if the price is Swiss.

This hotel suited our needs, as we wanted to explore the untourist part of Switzerland. The hotel was the first hotel we have booked on the trip app which was not prepaid. When we arrived at the hotel it was automated entry with us entering our details into a entry machine by inputting your name and locating your booking and inserting payment card. Your room key is than printed and you swipe in. The rooms are clean with a nice decor with large windows providing plenty of natural light. The beds are comfy and we slept well as located in a quite location. Maybe too quite for some as most shops where closed. There is a local pub near by with friendly bar staff. Breakfast is provided but limited with choice compared to other places we have stayed. I liked that freewater was provided in the room which was a nice gesture. Bathroom is functional with very good shower pressure.

Hotel decor is new, room is fairly big, breakfast included, and self-checkin/out mode. Carpark is available but limited spaces.

Schöne FamilienHotel mitten in Bad Ragaz ziemlich gut zu erreichen, Zimmer hat fast alles was man für eine übernachtung braucht, leider war die Heizung etwas schwach eingestellt. Bett war gut nicht durchgelegt, für Tee, Kaffee ist gesorgt. Frühstück war auch gut ausgestattet mit tollen Service. Internet Stabil , Reichlich TV Programme.
