車位：酒店門口車位不多，可以停馬路對面。 點評：我原本預訂的房間在預訂前打過電話，也備註要求，但入住還是出現了問題，中間換了2次房間，但是值得一提的是服務很好，晚上我們到達的晚，酒店前台劉女士一直微笑耐心的在解決問題。早餐種類不多，我9：30下樓吃早餐，有些餐品已經涼了，唯一的葡萄汁也見底了，如果睡眠輕的人一定提前和酒店打招呼，有些房型會有空調噪音，第一次安排的房間淋浴室往外漏水，衞生巾反味，樓上一直咚咚咚的聲音，硬件設施存在問題，噪音音頻無法上傳。 位置：酒店門口有超市，離景點不遠，出酒店不遠就有地鐵2/4號線，比較方便，馬路對面有一家不錯的餐廳。 總體：服務很好，

Ia juga dengan penuh perhatian bertanya apakah kami ingin kamar abu-abu atau merah muda. Kami bisa saja memeriksanya terlebih dahulu, dan kami memilih kamar merah muda. Kamar ini lebih cocok untuk wanita, dengan ruang yang luas dan TV besar, sempurna untuk menonton serial TV. Fasilitas kamar juga sangat lengkap, termasuk sandal yang sangat lembut dan nyaman, dan sandal sekali pakai yang tebal. Dibandingkan dengan pilihan lain, nilai uangnya sangat baik. Mereka juga menawarkan layanan binatu, yang mencuci, mengeringkan, dan mengantarkannya ke kamar Anda. Kamarnya bersih dan luar biasa, seperti biasa. Petugas kebersihannya juga sangat perhatian, bahkan bertanya apakah kami pernah menginap di sana sebelumnya—sungguh luar biasa ia mengingat kami. Resepsionisnya juga menyediakan banyak kebutuhan sehari-hari dan sangat ramah kepada wanita. Menstruasi saya sangat lancar, mereka bahkan menyiapkan air gula merah. Saya pasti akan menginap di hotel ini lagi saat saya di Changsha. Sungguh luar biasa!

Our stay here was perfect, what an amazing place! The staff are exceptional, and really care about guest experience. They provide transport to and from the east gate of the national park, and will help you plan your day. The service was perfect even down to the small details, like putting mosquito repellent out on the table we liked to play cards at, and providing us with a printed photo of our favourite memory there to take away with us. The room was great, the views were breathtaking. After a long day at the park, we really appreciated having a small swimming pool there for a dip. Food options were good - we enjoyed our dinners and the breakfast buffet. Orders can be placed in advance on WeChat when you are on your way back from a day at the park. There was a decent range of both soft and alcoholic drinks available. What we loved the most is that they have struck the perfect balance between luxury and a kind of homely comfort. We felt so relaxed here. An added bonus for us was their friendly dogs and cat, as we were starting to miss our own dogs at home by this point of our trip. The location was fantastic. It is close to the national park, but the views are so good that if you choose to relax at the hotel you won’t miss anything. If our room wasn’t booked for the following days, we would have extended our stay. One of our favourite places we have ever stayed, not just in China.
