Hotel Dengan sarapan di Moravia Selatan, Republik Ceko

Das Hotel liegt in perfekter Lage mitten in Brünn. Neben einer schönen Lobby und sauberen Zimmern mit guter Ausstattung zeichnet sich das Hotel durch den sehr guten Service aus. Ich empfehle ein Zimmer mit Stadtblick zu buchen. Dieses bietet einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf die alte Kathedrale. Zur Begrüßung wurde ein Getränk bereitgestellt. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Eine gute Auswahl an guten Produkten in Kombination mit einem hervorragenden Service garantieren einen guten Start in den Tag. Für die Anreise vom Bahnhof rate ich während der Weihnachtszeit von der Buchung eines Taxis ab. Durch Restriktionen bei der Zufahrt, wäre der direkte Fußweg vom Bahnhof kürzer gewesen. Alles in allem würde ich das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Since it was simply an opportunity to sleep, there is no great significance in evaluating the service or other facilities. However, the reason I gave it 1 point is that I arrived late at night, and as I was tired, I quickly took a shower and was about to sleep, when I realized that no towels were provided. It is true that I found out later that the hotel recommends the save earth in relation to towel washing. Therefore, it informs you that towels that have not been used before will be reused. Even so, the house keeper should have checked whether towels existed, but it is a minimum. I gave it a low score because is not even checked.

Dominic is the amazing staff at the reception desk, and also really a warm hearted person that I've ever met!! He made my first impression of Brno genuinely perfect! We should thank God we have him in this hotel and this might be one of the reasons to choose the hotel continental.

세계일주를 하고 있는 70살 부부이다. 수많은 호텔을 이용해봤지만 이 호텔의 전반적인 나의 평가는 아래와 같다 첫번째 문제점 처음 예약하고 갔을때 방을 확인하였더니 화장실이 없는 방이었다 공용화장실을 사용한다는 것이다 게스트하우스도 아니고 도대체 중급호텔에서 화장실이 없다니 믿을수가 없었다 예약할때 가격을 보니 결코 저가 호텔이 아니기에 화장실이 없으리라고는 상상도 못했다 결국 적지않은 추가요금을 지불하고서야 화장실이 있는 방으로 옮기었다 두번째문제점 전용주차장이 있다하여 투숙했는데 주차비 하루에 15유로씩 추가요금을 내야했다 세번째 문제점 방이 너무 비좁았다 특히 비좁은 방에 방크기에 비해 커다란 테이블이 왜 있는지를 모르겠다 네번째문제점 방안에 옷장이 없다 서랍장에 옷을 구겨넣어야 했다. 장점 1.위치가 좋다 브르노 관광명소는 모두 도보거리이다 2.미니바에 있는 캔맥주 두개와 캔 콜라가 무료였다 3.아침식사가 비교적 좋았다 4. 직원들이 비교적 친절했다 결론 다음에 또 올수 있을까? 결론은 안오겠다 전체금액이 호텔 수준에 비해 터무니없이 비싸기 때문에.

Everything was as described, new and modern hotel with great customer service. Would gladly come back!

チェコの方は日本人に親しみがあるのか？。フロントの人の中には片語ながら日本語で挨拶と気遣いをしてくれました。 値段の割に部屋も広く綺麗でバスタブ付きでした。 朝食は至って普通かと思ってましたが、温かなベイクトビーンズがとても美味しく、受け皿が小降りなボールではなく大振りな皿があればと思うくらい旨かったです。 残念なところは駅からやや距離があります。1番のトラムに乗れば直ぐなのですが、時間によって満員でかつ鞄の大きさによっては大変かもしれません。

We stayed for two nights and overall, it was a great stay. Lovely staff, good location and quiet neighborhood. Since Brno is a really small city, the hotel is at a walking distance to almost everywhere in the city, including the train station and Masaryk University. The restrooms having bidet nozzle is also a huge plus. I highly recommend Hotel Europa to everyone who wishes to stay in Brno.
