Hotel kapsul ini melebihi ekspektasi. Fasilitasnya masih baru dan kebersihannya juga terjaga. Stafnya sangat ramah dan bersedia membantu membawakan koper. Kekurangan utamanya adalah hotel ini tidak memiliki lift, jadi cukup merepotkan bagi wanita yang membawa koper besar. Saat check-out pun jadi agak sungkan untuk meminta bantuan resepsionis lagi. Di dekatnya ada minimarket, namun untuk menuju pusat kota masih perlu naik bus. Walaupun begitu, ini sepadan dengan harganya. Jika Anda tidak membawa banyak barang, tempat ini sangat direkomendasikan.

The place has an excelente location, easy to get there. The room was cleaned and organized. However, there is no person at the front desk to ask questions or ask for help. The code for entering to the room was sent by SMS, but since we were traveling the service for SMS of our phone company does not work outside our country, so we did not receive the message since we were traveling. They do not have an e-mail address, so the check in instructions could not be send there. When we arrived to the place was late and we found the front desk empty even though we still arrived in the front desk service hours. We had a hard time contacting the hotel but luckily could get some help in calling the administration to get our room number and the code.

Wonderful and friendly staff! The place was clean, and everything you need for your trip was available. The location is excellent: close to the main JR station, Kyoto Station. Convenient for traveling with a lot of changes. Again, the staff is beyond praise!

Hotel yang luar biasa. Lokasinya sangat bagus. Semuanya sangat bersih dan rapi. Kamarnya tidak besar, tetapi kami hanya menginap semalam di sana. Staf resepsionis yang berbahasa Rusia sangat membantu dalam merekomendasikan tempat-tempat yang bisa dikunjungi, termasuk pemandian umum terdekat. Saya sangat merekomendasikan Goko-yu. Sarapannya sangat sederhana, tetapi lebih baik daripada tidak ada sama sekali.

best hotel ever! 在京都第一天度過了非常愉快的一晚。從大阪機場到京都市區都11點了，前台下班了但郵件告知了我自助辦理入住的辦法。酒店30平（大小算是很奢侈了），精緻的日式風格，裏面配套齊全，細節完美，還有榻榻米供客人聊天喝茶看電視（ ˙˘˙ ）
