This was my fourth time booking this hotel. Check-in was quick with no delays. I arrived early and was tired, so I requested an early check-in. To my surprise, the receptionist allowed us to check in early. Thank you to that lady for accommodating us! The shopping area was right below the hotel, making it very convenient, with just a few minutes' walk to find anything I needed. I will definitely come back again.

Clean and spacious. The building is newly built, so everything looks so new. Comfy and convenient place to stay with restaurants/ marts/ even rnf mall nearby. Nice sea view. Units are provided with coffee/bottle waters/netflix/fridge/washing machine etc same as description. Good service from the host ! Very responsive and clear instruction for check in. Highly recommended to all.

Excellent place for us to stay near legoland even though we don't go there anymore. A base for us to go Johor Premium Outlet. Service is excellent. I got stuck in the lift for 10 mins when it stalled. Staff was apologetic and even send me a card and fruit platter as a apology. The rooms are good and beds are comfy and clean. Just that toilets a bit moldy and kitchen utensils kinda of old. A new coat of paint and change of utensils will do the trick. Thanks for the hospitality.

Pinetree is kids friendly hotel and so convenient for shopping and many cafe around customer service very prompt and helpful all staff are friendly will definitely be back again. The view from the living watching sunset

We had a good stay at R&F Princess Cove Seine region. The room was cozy and spacious, and the fittings were relatively new. The host was very accommodating to our request. We definitely recommend SC Homestay for managing the place. Will be back next time!

Very responsive & caring owner. Texted us to travel safe as JB was raining that night. Very clear in communication & given instructions. Unit is very clean & spacious. Strong wifi. Location of coz was a plus point, easy access to everywhere. The only downside was the condo’s lift, waiting time was challenging but if you are not in a rush, I guess that’s ok. Will book again for future trip. :)

We reached the hotel at about 11.30pm from Songapore on 8/4. Upon reaching, we asked the security guard about the booking procedure. He does not know anything about it. He showed that there are boxes to collect the keys from near the laundry room. However, there were no instructions or information of password or room number to collect the keys. I tried to call the hotline and the internet phone but neither was successful in my attend. It was already past midnite. We were tored after the 11/2 hour of jam at the Causeway. We decided to search for another room at the agoda.com and found something for us to spend the night at Grand Landmark Hotel. It costed us $62 SGD. We stayed there until noon and decided to go back to the KSL Premier Residence. I checked my email and saw the instruction to the room coming in at 5.53am which is about 5hours from the time we alerted them via the apps. We went back before noon to the KSL Residence and checked in. Place is nice but we felt shortchanged and ill treated with this hiccups. We would like to ask for a refund for the first day and that Trip.com should pay for our sstay at Grand Landmark Hotel on 8-9 April for goodwill. It is not easy to move around with 2 msmall children. The apartment is made up of 2 apartments - a one br, and a two br, each with a living and kitchenette area. However the fridge and tv reside in the 2 br. The two sofa beds have very thin mattresses, and the air conditioning in the master of the 2 br does not work. The shower area in this room’s en-suite bathroom floods. Overall the air conditioning is not cool. The kitchen lacks any cook ware, microwave or toaster but there is enough table ware for very simple meals. Thankfully there is a kettle. This is good for 6 to 10 pax but only for a short stay, and keep your expectations low. For the price per night, you have to expect bare basics. What we loved: the seperate areas living areas and partitions, the sun rise in the morning, and lots of wardrobe space (although not needed). Location is great is you drive or take a grab. Walking to LEGOLAND is great but you might not want to do it with loads of bags and kids as there is no real pavement and doing it was tough for us. Save the effort and spend 10RM on a grab.
